> 3 dayBased on allll the positive reviews I took a chance on this carry-on. After one trip I was sick of dragging it around and took it to Goodwill. The wheels werent smooth and when the bag was loaded, I was dragging dead weight. The spinner action, which in theory would have allowed me to walk with this moving easily beside me? Non-existent. I battled this baby all the way to my destination and back. As for all the people who said it looks small but it fits sooooo much...!!! No, in fact it looks small, is small, acts small. Its small, people! Real small! I had it packed like a sausage and was hoping the zipper would hold (it did). And I know that the weight might have contributed to its lack of smoothness, but seriously, it was a one night trip -- its not like I had multiple outfits in there. Pass on this carry-on -- or be prepared to carry it.

Greater than one weekNot a great product. Ive been using the larger suitcase for about two months now and it looks like I have had it for years. Right out of the box one of the wheels didnt work and then after my first flight the fabric along the side that essentially holds the two sides together was already coming apart and eventually completely came undone so now it cant even be used. I would not recommend this suitcase to anyone, way too much money for very little use.

> 3 dayThis was the worst piece of luggage. After one trip the wheel was gone. Like completely missing. I have other pieces of Kenneth Cole luggage which have withstood a dozen trips with no issues.

> 3 dayBought for a short trip and didnt want to check my large suitcase. I like KC products and the price to review ratio for this carry on made it worth buying. It didnt disappoint. The only thing it did was if I leaned on the handle a certain way it would release and drop down. Not worth losing a star over because since it isnt a crutch when you are too lazy to stand. It fit a surprising amount of clothes and two mens size 12 shoes.

> 3 dayPurchased this bag in 2016 for a two week trip to Paris (flying Air France which is VERY strict on carry-on luggage size). 2.5 years later and this bag has now been all over Europe and the US - still going strong (one of the wheels sticks a bit every now and then, but otherwise still 100%). We travel carry-on only and I can easily pack everything I need for a two week trip. Love that one side has a zippered panel for loose items and a small zip compartment for quick grab items in the middle (usually where I keep medicine). I also like that you can have different colors (which makes for an easier pick up when you have to gate check or so that I dont grab my daughters bag when travelling). Highly recommended!

Greater than one weekThis is a sturdy and sleek looking carry-on. It holds quite a lot for a small luggage. Wheels also seem sturdy so far.

> 3 dayThis was one of two pieces of luggage purchased off of a wedding registry. There was nothing inside either box to notify the couple of who purchased this item for them. I filled out a personal message to the couple, which was also not included in the package. Beware, if you are purchasing a gift - the recipient may never know who actually purchased this gift for them.
