Out of Bounds Lightweight Durable Hardshell 4-Wheel Spinner Cabin Size Travel Suitcase, Rose Gold, 20-Inch Carry On

As soon as I lifted it up the top handle started wiggling by the time I got to my destination it had broken off the right side. It was like a stick coming out of the bag. So had to carry Bc of it. I’m shocked for this price it’s such bad quality. I have A$40 bag that’s lasted me 5 years so far.

The luggage itself is pretty and appears durable. However, the zipper handle popped out of the claps which holds it. I pooped it back in but it keeps coming off. I guess I’ll have to try and squeeze it shut with a pliers

After first use as carry on luggage (not checked) and most of the paint wore off on the bottom and the internal lining split. Was planning on returning but I missed the return window. Dont buy. If I could have returned I would have spent an extra $50 to get something more durable and higher quality.

This bag is not sturdy. It has several cracks after only 3 trips. Really annoying.

Bought it to take to a wedding in Mexico— picked it up at baggage carousel in Cancun and it had cracked right across the bottom near the wheels. Total waste of money. Duct tape got it home but barely. Straight into the recycle bin.

Bought this based off of other travelers reviews and recommendations. Even though this bag is the same dementions as my travelers club carry on, I could not as easily pack my travel cubes bc of the side with the zipper covering. My cubes could not reach all the way to the actual sides of this case bc the zipper covering comes into the case 1/2-1inch effectively leaving that space around the case unusable for me. On shorter trips this will be perfectly ok to use and will fit my things fine. I will stick with my travelers club case for any journey longer than 1 week only bc I can fit more in it.

I am usually a Kenneth Cole fan, but I dont like this suitcase. It might be the hardshell style I dont like v/s this particular suitcase. It is awkward packing and unpacking it due to the heaviness of the plastic shell. Maybe if the zipper was not in the center of the suitcase it would be better? Rolls well, but overall is awkward and difficult to access on the fly.

There is plenty of room and they are pretty. Unfortunately the middle size is 1/2 of an inch too tall for Southwest carry-on. I came straight to the gate and was told I had to check it. When I retrieved it from baggage claim the side was cracked.
