> 3 dayGood for a year, but the handle broke and no longer extends, rendering the bag fairly useless. The bag only has two large pockets on each side, so not ideal for the person who likes to separate their shampoo from clothes but I managed fine.

> 3 dayUsed the luggage one time. Medium suitcase handle gets stuck once you pull it up. You have to open the suitcase and the interior lining to push in the metal stop tab to lower the handle. Missed my return window which is a problem since the suitcase malfunctioned after the first use.

When I first got it I was worried about the handle because it feels plasticy, and was worried about the single zipper with no backup, but it has held up like a champion.
