> 3 dayA piece inside the telescoping handle broke after about a year and a half of use. The telescoping handle will no longer go up and down, which makes it pretty useless for airport travel. Trying to get a solution (or at least a part so I can fix it) from Kenneth Cole, but havent heard back yet.

> 3 dayHoping for a replacement!! We bought this set for our son and fiance for Christmas in 2018. The FIRST time they used it was for their destination weekend last week in Antigua. When we arrived in Antigua last Friday the 18th we saw that the 28 suitcase had been cracked (as shown in photo) during travel or handling. The product claims to have a 10 year warranty. Any luggage should be more durable than this. I cant find anywhere on the website where I can seek a replacement or refund. Scott Braun, Wallaceburg, ON Canada. 519-401-1773.
