Easy to program. Holds about 4-5 days of food with 2 feedings/day for our 70lb pit bull. We were afraid that she would knock it over while we were out and destroy it to get at the “mother load” inside, but that never happened. She knew after the first feeding that this machine was the place to be near right before feeding. The battery backup gives us peace of mind in the unlikely event of a power failure. If you level out the kibbles in the food hopper, you can tell later if the machine actually did dispense a feeding because there will be a little indentation in the top of the food level. Our only gripe is that the recorder does not record our voices very well at all. When it plays back our voices, it sounds very low (with no volume control). We have to literally SCREAM into it to get any kind of decent recording. Even then, our voices come out tinny. They have another model which costs about 20 bucks more that has addressed the sound issue. I’m sorry we didn’t get that one. That said....I have just one word.....FREEDOM! From being locked into feeding times!

It wouldn’t reset after it starting glitching out and feed my cat 8 times a day when I put 2. Cheaply made, it was time easy for ants to find and get through the cracks. Very disappointed

Easy to set up and works great.

I bought it November 2020 and its only January, the automatic dispenser stopped giving out food already. Found out when I came home and its been 5 days. I have cleaned them. Restarted, reassembled, or whatever I did, cant seem to fix it.

Seriously best decision we made! I was getting up at 3am to feed our cat, yes she’s spoiled.. finally invested in this feeder, best money spent! You can add up to 5 different feeding times so it’s great on nights we’re not home! She’s happy and we’re sleeping better! :)

Love the feeders, I can work my 12 hour shifts and know that my pups are fed. Great peace of mind...although...I can’t switch it off on the days that I am home. There is a switch on the bottom but the feeders still spit out food whether it is on or off. I’ve taken out the batteries, still does it. So I have to unplug it and reprogram the time every time...that stinks.

I was excited to receive this in the mail and I love it. Took a little reading to figure out the functions. Once you get it, you cant forget. You realize how easy it is. My cats took to it immediately. I have two cats and they realize thats where their dry food will be coming from here on out lol. Voice recorder is useless for me. It sounds awful when you record. I like that they hear the food and simply gravitate towards it. I gave this 4 stars because I wish there was more of a seal on the lid to keep the cat food smell inside more. But it closes just enough to not annoy me lol. I love this feeder overall and plan to buy another.

I bought this to sustain our cat while we are out of town. It was very easy to program and meets all of our needs. Love the ability to record a message!

I use this to give a daily kitty treat to a neighborhood cat that stops by daily. Since I travel some, I use it to serve a small daily treat. I can see it would be useful for complete feeding due to variable time and quantities servings that can be set.

Have had this for about 2 weeks and its been working flawlessly. I love the ability to use batteries. I havent used the voice recording part since its more than enough for my cat to just hear the sound of the food dispensing. I can leave for a weekend and trust my cat wont eat all of the food I leave him in one or two meals.
