Have had this for about 2 weeks and its been working flawlessly. I love the ability to use batteries. I havent used the voice recording part since its more than enough for my cat to just hear the sound of the food dispensing. I can leave for a weekend and trust my cat wont eat all of the food I leave him in one or two meals.

Initially thought this was a Godsend, but....after a couple of months we found the kibble was infested with ants!!! What to do now with this feeder??? Bought it in January, but have only used it for a few months and can not return it. UGH. Anyone else have this problem??

Works great! Great upgrade from the one I bough at petsmart like 5 yrs ago. Simple, effective, good control of portions and timing. I didn’t use the voice feature... was weirded out by that, might be good for some animals that need convincing to come eat, my cat doesn’t! I’ve put her on a diet, previously the portion control was terrible bc the spinning mechanisms were flimsy and would break allowing food to fall through the device. This seems very sturdy and solid, equal portions each time.

Our daughter has 3 of the pet feeders for her 3 cats and recommended it. Her cats, like our dog, harassed us way before it was time to be fed!! Now, it is automatic and at the same times each day. She knows when it is about time and keeps checking her food machine instead of letting us know we need to feed her (even when it wasnt time). This is a wonderful pet feeder, and we are all a lot happier now.

Works great!! Easy to set up and had been consistent. We have a cat and he can be mischievous— he has not found a way to get into it, which was a concern.

I absolutely love this feeder. I bought it because my cat was waking me up way too early in the morning for food. You can customize the portion sizes & dispense times down to the minute. You can put in several meals a day, I’ve broken it up into four 1/8 cup portions (I have 2 Cats). I really cannot recommend this feeder enough. It does its job well, is fairly priced, easily holds a 3.15 pound bag of food, it plugs into the wall (a lot of feeders I had researched ran on batteries), and my sleep is no longer interrupted! It’s great for when I’m not home in time for dinner too. My only one complaint is that my sneaky cat put her arms up in the machine and a few pieces of food will fall out. Other than that, I really am thrilled with this purchase.

It wouldn’t reset after it starting glitching out and feed my cat 8 times a day when I put 2. Cheaply made, it was time easy for ants to find and get through the cracks. Very disappointed

No issues so far - weve had it about a month and have used it a couple times while we were away. Some wrote that it is loud but I dont find that to be the case. Our cat is not skittish around it at all.

This is an awesome product! Each serving is exactly 1/8 of a cup of kibble, and it has been working exactly as promised so far. No more 6 am cat wake ups (I set the first feeding for 5:40 am!), and the cat gets fed a bit 4 times a day (plus some wet food in the evening) so he never goes on a destructive tear cuz he’s hungry. The clear lid is nice, and it feels sturdy. The voice recording is pretty low-fi, you don’t really need it — more of a gimmick— the cat knows the sound of the feeder!!

I love this feeder and so does my Lab. His medication causes him to have measured food and multiple feedings. The portion size is exact and the message plays every time the food is dispensed. Very easy to set up and has worked perfectly from day one.
