So much better than our previous feeder mainly due to the fact that you just have to open the lid to fill it.

As one of my cats demonstrates (pictured) unless the feeder is very full it can be tipped over relatively easily. This might be helped by putting the feeder on a flat surface i.e. not a carpet, however, the Pawple seems too light for its height. Also there is no means that I can see to secure it to a wall. An annoyance is the power connector is not well thought out, and means it cannot stand flush with a wall either, if that wasnt an issue I think it would be easier to fix in place. Finally, the LCD controls are not great. Say if you want to reduce the portion size you have to press a button nearly forty times to scroll throw the settings. Otherwise, it has been very reliable, although I also wish that the feeder bowl was wider to accommodate two cats using it.

This is an awesome product! Each serving is exactly 1/8 of a cup of kibble, and it has been working exactly as promised so far. No more 6 am cat wake ups (I set the first feeding for 5:40 am!), and the cat gets fed a bit 4 times a day (plus some wet food in the evening) so he never goes on a destructive tear cuz he’s hungry. The clear lid is nice, and it feels sturdy. The voice recording is pretty low-fi, you don’t really need it — more of a gimmick— the cat knows the sound of the feeder!!

We needed a way to spread our fat cats feedings in smaller portions throughout the day but with a busy working family that was hard. This made programming small feedings throughout the day easy . It has a recording where you can call your pet for food but its really low and Im not sure the cat can hear it at all Better to not even use it.

Now that the cat gets an early morning meal, she leaves us alone! It was easy to assemble and pretty easy to program.

Works easy to use looks clean. Recording of the food que is oflow volume with no adjustment. You have to measure the amount of kibble you give can’t use the amount posted. Overall well worth purchasing this product.
