Feed my pup 3 times a day and its working well

We use this to feed our cat, it helps when youre traveling. Love that you can set up to 4 feeding times, customize how many portions, and also record voice for your pet. The only downfall is that the cat has figured out if you shift the machine around enough.. it will give her a few kibble. Other than that one small defective leak this is an amazing product.

We tried absolutely everything, but it would only spit out a few pieces of food at a time. Unfortunately, too late to return it. Update 7/9/20: Tom from Pawple called me to see what they could do to remedy the situation. They issued me a refund no problem.

This is helping me not get driven insane by my overweight, food demanding cat. It is so easy to program. I did it once and it’s a breeze when I need to alter the portion sizes. I can set it to feed 4 separate meals through the day and also record myself telling them it’s mealtime. It works very well and I only regret not buying this sooner.

This was rated as one of the best ant proof feeders there are. This couldnt be further from the truth. There isnt a way to close off the food. Sent back.

I was looking for something that didnt seem too complicated to set-up and would distribute the right amount of food and be able to cover feeding tome for at least a week. So glad I purchased this because it works flawlessly!!!! Cat is happily fed too. Now I have no worries when Im on vacation.

Make sure to double check which way your feeder mechanism is facing. Ours came screwed on backwards, so the food filled up the inside of the feeder and got jammed. We almost broke it. Otherwise, it has been decent. The recorded message is a nice touch. Another thing I dont like is that sometimes a few pieces of food fly out of the bowl because it comes out so fast. Overall a good feeder though.

Setting the time, feeding intervals and portions was very convenient.

Overall satisfied with this feeder. I really like the look of it over most of the others on the market and it seems to be reliable so far. I’m slightly disappointed in the time it took me to get it going. I had to change the dispenser size (no big deal) but it was a little time consuming. If I didn’t have a small screw driver, I wouldn’t have been able to do it. Also, the screws were so tight I almost stripped two of the screws trying to get them out. The buttons aren’t very easy to press, for someone with arthritis that is. My hands were completely swollen and red by the time I was finished setting the timers. That was a bummer. But this is all personal and not all product related, just want others who could have similar circumstances to know ahead of time. Would still recommend.
