> 24 hourIf you are using your keyboard for just typing and data entering type things, it works great. If you are using your keyboard for gaming things, then it works horribly. When gaming it seems to lose connection or reset. Example, using a key like w key to move forward, it will stop working and have to repress the key to have it work. And that happens every 5-15 seconds. Sooo less than ideal to say the least. But if you are typing something such as this, then that reset has no effect, since im not holding a key down for longer than a second. Anyway, just some info.

> 24 hourThis converter has worked flawlessly for my various IBM model M keyboards (rubber dome 07H0665, buckling spring 42H1292). Of note: It also works with my vintage IBM mouse (P/N 28L1864). I have also successfully used it with two different Dell QuietKey keyboards. I dont know a ton about this stuff, however if your model M is a terminal board, it will probably not work (mine didnt work despite previously being modded to PS/2); thats what the Soarers converter is for.

> 24 hourI give this 5 stars because it works great. At first my computer wasnt taking it, wasnt finding a driver for it. Then it said to put it into another USB port that I have and it downloaded the driver needed and SO FAR!!! its working great. I have 2 perfectly new keyboards that are PS/2 and I had to buy a USB one and I didnt like that one at all and I wanted my good ole keyboard back. So I searched on here until I found the right one. You have to have the KVM in the middle of both ends. Not just the little small adapter they have. This one works for keyboards and mouse both. But you need the KVM part with this. And it says that in the description so I knew I was getting the right one. A must have for someone that wants to use their old PS/2 keyboards/mice on a USB computer. Glad I got it and hope it continues to do the job. So far so good.!!!! :-)

> 24 hourI have an elderly brother-in-law with an older keyboard, but with a floor-standing computer that does not have the old PS2 keyboard jack. We used this cable cord adapter in order that the keyboard can use a USB port and it works like a charm! An excellent product.

> 24 hourThese are a no-brainer. I am addicted to my old ERASE-EAZE keyboards with left-thumb backspace and cannot live without. These adapters only use 1 usb port to connect both keyboard and mouse, they self-install instantly and now I have my ERASE-EAZE keyboards on an i-7 64-bit windows arc-welder. BTW, modern keyboards suck bigtime. As processors advanced, keyboards went backwards.

> 24 hourIt came quickly and no issues. It works very well. Its keeping that old HP keyboard in the game and typing so happy it does what its made for. Quality appears good. Dont expect any wearing out of it. So should last as long as I want to use this keyboard at least. Try it you will like it.

> 24 hourI work with many computers and this USB to PS/2 adapter has come in handy many times, so much that I have purchased multiple units. So far this unit has worked in every new PC I needed to add to PS/2 based KVMs. Interestingly enough, while this dongle also works to allow PCs to boot headless through a BIOS that does not have an option to skip keyboard errors on POST, I found that it allowed a Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 motherboard to boot with a brand new Corsair Gaming K70 RGB MK.2 keyboard that can only be plugged into a USB 3 port. Just having this adapter plugged into a regular USB port allowed the PC to boot past the POST screen into Windows 10, where the OS loaded the keyboard drivers to recognize the keyboard and allow one to log on and use it normally. Worth the $6 to use new keyboard on old system.

> 24 hourHad no issues with this adapter, worked as advertised. Connected the adapter to my old Logistech PS2 cordless keyboard and mouse then to the USB port on my computer and everything worked fine on 1st try. I like the fact that I could connect two PS2 devices to the adapter utilizing only one USB port on the computer. The quality of the adapter appears to be well made and sturdy. When compared to the cost and hassle of having to purchase two individual adapters to used both my PS2 keyboard and mouse, I found the price for this adapter very favorable. I would both recommend and purchase again.

> 24 hourDurable cables, however the title should list that this is a female to female adapter, this item would be used to plug in an old mouse/ keyboard into a newer computer utilizing the PS/2 connector.
