> 3 dayI own two normal Hue light bulbs and wanted these for my exposed lights, and these are definitely orange compared to normal white lights. The lights themselves are great though.

> 3 dayThis just would not cooperate when trying to set it up. It is my 6th or so smart light and just would not be recognized. I tried all the troubleshooting steps about a dozen times over the course of a couple days until one time it finally just worked. Now it works great, and in fact at 100% brightness it is too bright to look at so it usually stays at ~70% when on.

> 3 dayThese lights look fantastic, when turned off. But when they’re turned on, they emit a disturbing color of orange. It’s like Halloween in my bathroom now. All the wall paint in the room looks weird under the intense orange light. It’s just awful. Let me say, that I’ve had real Edison bulbs in the past and they emit a soft warm light. I’ve seen LED Edison bulbs on display at Lowe’s and Home Depot and they all have a warm glow. This is what I expected when I bought these bulbs. After I installed them, the color was so shocking that I thought, surely there are color settings in the app so the light can be adjusted, but nope. The color of these bulbs is not soft white. It would best be described as medium orange. The orange is as intense as a Phillips Hue color changing bulbs. My wife and I tried to live with these for a week and we just could not get used to them. So, we’re sending all 8 bulbs back and instead of smart bulbs, we’re going to put in smart light switches and go with regular dumb Edison bulbs. This is a shame. Every bulb in our home is a Phillips Hue. But, these bulbs just have an unacceptable color. I don’t know what Phillips was thinking when they approved the color of the light these bulbs produce. They really could not have picked a worse color.

Greater than one weekThese give off a great warm light and maintain a good connection through walls, but man they were expensive. I had to get four of them. Tons of compliments on these.

> 3 dayTheyre bright and can light up a room, but when theyre all the way dimmed, thats where things get interesting. The elegant look of the filament and the warm ambiance radiating from the bulb goes great in any living room lamp.

> 3 dayVery easy to use with the Philips Hue Bluetooth app. Very warm light that looks great and follows the Edison bulb look that I was looking for. So happy to have this bulb!

Greater than one weekGreat bulbs. Work great with Hue app. They are fully dimmable and programmable thru the app. You cannot change bulb color temperature, only dimming level.

> 3 dayThese connected easily to my Philips Hub. They look great in the 8-light bar fixture I bought for my office. I love that I can raise and lower the intensity with voice commands via my Google Nest Mini. Overall a very good and attractive product. The only negative is the price. Philips has the market cornered a bit, and thats reflected in the pricing. Then again, having a set of lights all connected and command-able via the Nest is really nice to have.

> 3 dayI think they went a bit too warm with this light. I am interested in a cooler color version of this that isnt so orange. As other reviews mentioned, this is on the far side of warm-colored. This doesnt work for me in a bedroom/study room. 3000k would be reasonable compromise between cool and warm color that I think would please most customers. Why no 3000k version?
