Philips Hue White and Color Ambiance A19 60W Equivalent LED Smart Light Bulb Starter Kit 4 A19 Smart Bulbs and 1 Bridge, Works with Alexa, Apple HomeKit and Google Assistant (California Residents)

First Philips Hue light bulbs or any smart bulbs of any kind. Does the job that I want it to. Could have easily been a 5 star if the products I received was indeed brand new. All 4 bulbs look like it is used and have been repackaged to look new. Take a look at the pics. Can I get a partial refund for getting a used product? The hue bridge looks brand new though.

These are always worth it and work great with our Google home. Theyre costly but its worth catching them discounted. It helps us be lazy or when were sick at home and cant be moving around much. My only problem is that they cant get as bright as I would like them to, but the colors are great.

The Philips Hue lights are easy to set up and use. The range of colors is brilliant and its cool to be able to set whatever kind of ambient lighting I want. The lights are also good for impressing and entertaining guests. That said, after the initial awe of the colours fades, I mostly found myself using the lights for their automation features and not setting colours as often. The price is a little steep for the minor amusement of ambient color lighting. I will probably buy the white ambiance or white dimmable lights in the future since those support the features I really find useful in the long term.

I love what I can do in my room with these lights. Ive one next to my bed, three in the ceiling fan fixture and one over my desk. Not having to sit here in white light can give me a new mood for working or laying in bed reading. The ios app for setting them up can be a bit daunting, but once you understand the ins and outs, even its good. The ONLY failing, in my personal opinion, is that the associated dimmer switch can only control one set of named lights or all of the lights. You cant set it up so that on the first push you get the ceiling lights, the second push the desk light, the third push the bed side light. I spent nearly an hour on the phone with Philips (meethue) support this morning before I finally got that limitation out of them.

I was little bit wary of buying this product, considering the price, but after installing and using it for a whole day, I am super happy with it. The possibilities are endless with color. I was also impressed with the accuracy of the color output when you upload a personal picture that has different colors. If the bulbs are grouped in one room, each light bulb will be a different color and try to convey exactly the picture you uploaded. Awesome feature!! Transitioning from a typical incandescent to these Hue light bulbs, is literally night and day (no pun intended). The difference is instantly noticeable, as you can change the mood of the room that matches your personal mood. For example, if youre feeling a little depressed and/or tired, a warm white dimmed light is exactly what you need after a long day at work. Imagine coming home after a long day and turning on bright white lights that pierce into your pupils. This would make the end of your day worse, as opposed to relaxing. I am definitely not regretting this purchase and would buy more in the future

I had 6 Lifx bulbs in my apartment for several years. They were fairly unreliable. You could try to turn them on or off from the app, and only some random subset would actually respond. When youre in bed and want to go to sleep, but one of your smart lights doesnt want to respond and turn off, it can be really infuriating. I finally made the jump to Phillips hue, replacing all 6 bulbs. Best decision ever! Phillips Hue just works. They were extremely easy to set up, theyre perfectly responsive, and the Google home integration is great! Also, some of the other form factors are really nice (like the Hue Bloom).

Awesome light kit. You can do so much with these bulbs. The app is easy to use.

We just love these! We can turn the lights on all at once in the mornings and brighten the house right up or slowly transition our granddaughter to bed.
