> 3 dayIts expensive, but if you use your PS Vita a lot then a 64GB card is definitely worth considering. Moving straight to this from a 4GB card it felt like a whole new world. Lol I now have all of my music (roughly sixteen albums) saved to my Vita (I suggest using a program like Freemake to shrink file size significantly), ten minutes worth of videos, most of my pictures, two cartridge based games, twenty five digital games (including two classic PlayStation games: Dino Crisis 2 and Harvest Moon: Back To Nature), and ten demos on my card, and I still have 42GB remaining. So yeah, this memory goes a long way. Simply put if you buy games for your Vita often, plan to buy several over the course of its lifetime, or are a PS+ member and download the games it comes with, then you need to consider buying a 64GB memory card. Its a steep price but its worth it since you wont have to worry about another card for a long time, if ever.

> 3 dayWell, Ill guess Ill write my review for the 64 gigabyte memory card. Albeit over priced this is a must have for a Vita owners. First off you get 59GB not 64GB but thats just how it works. If youre worried because its imported it does work on American Vita models. Just to give you an idea of how much space you truly get I currently have: 1 PSone game, 4 Minis, 9 PSP games, 23 Downloaded games, plus large size patches for multiple games and I still have 35GB free. The only real downside is the price $100 is too much but, when you look at it the 32 Gigabyte is 70 bucks for $30 more youre doubling the space that and considering the 32 used to cost $100 its a nice deal.

> 3 dayMy 64gb card failed or went faulty in 3 days. The Vita wasnt able to reformat the card, rebuild data base or recognize the card. The seller was great on refunding me. After more research I learned the 64gb cards have a higher failure rate compared to 32gb card. If I get another 64gb in the future and if it works good Ill update my review. I got another card and it started to do the same weird issues with backup and restore fails and other issues. I returned the second one too. The $90 price is not the problem for me, the quality of the cards are the problem. I really am disappointed in for the first time ever in Sonys lack of quality control in this particular product. They really should have never invented the card if they never intended for them to work properly in the original 3G/Wifi Vita. Save your money and buy a 32GB card and leave it at that. The 32GB work without any issues and Ive owned one for over 2 years while 64GB fails in days of use. After reading nearly every single negative review (3 star and below) for both 32GB and 64GB here are my findings. -32GB cards have a 0.8% chance of being faulty -64GB cards have a 2.0% chance of being faulty (plus their are less of them out there in the wild since they are only made for the Japanese market) PlayStation forums indicate that users encounter issues with restoring PSVita 64GB cards and that they fail quite often. Just stick with 32GB and deal with the memory management or start buying physical copies of your games ASAP to save on data.

> 3 dayDownside: so expensive that I felt guilty buying it. Its the equivalent of buying the last ticket to a ballgame from a scalper: you know youre not getting what youre paying for, but if you want it badly enough youll do it anyways and then feel like you wasted your money after. Upside: Its enough room so that you dont have to worry about card management anymore. So thats something.

Greater than one weekAside from proprietary design and encryption, this card is, functionally, no different than a Micro-SD. Sony, fearing piracy paralleling that of the preceding PlayStation Portable (PSP), went and created its own memory card specifically for the PlayStation Vita (PSV), and subsequent, console version, PlayStation TV (PSTV). While this has, thus-far, successflly prevented PSV game piracy (PSVs and PSTVs have been hacked to play pirated PSP and homebrew games/programs), it has also created a significant deterant to purchasing PSV & PSTV hardware and software due to the unnecessarily high entry cost. Furthermore, this greatly hampers ones usable, digital library to a mere 64GB maximum (which is itself a rather recent upgrade in storage capacity). At this very moment, a 200GB Micro-SD card can be had for approximately HALF that of this proprietary 64GB card. Its simply rediculous in the grander scheme. The card functions, it does what its intended, though its existence is not needed as there are better products available at a lower cost that do the exact same thing (simply in a universal form). This is currently the better storage device to purchase, but the PSVs/PSTVs reliance on this card is entirely artificial.

> 3 dayI must say that I was very skeptical about purchasing this because of all the reviewers who had problems with theirs and I was so close to just getting a 32gb, but I took a chance and it has more than paid off. This memory card right from start accommodated all my PS Vitas games and apps, of which were 20gb in total, which is just insane. Imagine if I did get a 32gb, I would have had to order another because it would have just been too small. However one thing, I didnt see in the comments, during the Christmas season was specs. of the ones that did work. My PS Vita is an U.S. model from the $199 Borderlands 2 Bundle, meaning its the PS Vita Slim or PCH-2000 model. Also, I didnt have to do anything to my account when I switched cards. My account stayed logged in after I put the 64gb card in and my memory card has just been amazing, it still has 40gb left. For my experience, getting this was a race against time, because I had the 8 gb memory card that came with the bundle as well as a 3 month PS Plus card, which I activated on Oct. 27. For those, who dont know, when you switch cards youre going to have to re download games to your Vita and that wont come with any save data, so I highy suggest that you either find a way to transfer your save data from your Vita to your PS3,maybe even PS4 or something or buy/ get a 1-month PS Plus Subscription or a a 14-day trial for PS Plus and upload your save data to PS Plus storage [To do this go to the desired application and hit the PS Plus sign at the top, depending on the application it should either be the 3rd or 4th to the right and then hit upload and once thats done switch cards, go back to that same application, hit PS Plus, and download your save data back] So from that point forward I needed to get a bigger memory card so that I could transfer my save data to the other c memory card, before my PS Plus ran out. The vendor I chose was Export-from-Kobe and at first, it said would take til Jan. 22- Feb. 12 to get here, but it came around Jan. 13., so I was pleased. I do recommend getting this product if youre in the price range and market for it, especially if your the type that prefers to download your content from the Store, otherwise if youre more of a physical copy person, get either a 16 or 32 gb and you should be satisfied.

Greater than one weeki always wondered why hds or memory cards always show less then what their advertised so i googled it a while ago and its simple really microsoft and others calculate the gbs as a gig of ram which is 1024 megabytes so its shows it as not being the size when checked and the people that sell it calculate them as a true gig. so its really all there also some shadow files that are there to support the hds or cards working properly... if you want more indepth info look it up

> 3 dayI was close to running out of space on my 32gb card & needed to buy another card. I like keeping all my stuff organized in one place, so I decided to upgrade to the 64gb (I wish there was a 128gb option). The only thing I can say is that I wish Sony would have released these here in the United States & that they would not have to be so expensive. Other than that, this very small memory card is a beast when it comes to storage for your Vita & in my opinion was worth the extra money to import it. Be aware that it actually has 59gb of usable space to begin with.

Greater than one weekOverall this memory card does what it says, with a price that seems a bit steep. It is important to note that this memory card has approximately 60 GB worth of memory, as opposed to the 64 GB that is actually shown. This is to be expected though since the memory card itself needs space reserved for things such as system files. If the PlayStation Vita system does not recognize your memory card straight away once you boot up the system, with the memory card in place. Try formatting the memory card itself so the PlayStation Vita system will recognize the memory card, and allow you to utilize the space that is provided. At the end of the day I no longer have to worry about the memory limitations of the PlayStation Vita system, and I have ample space to download many psp games alongside a decent amount of PlayStation Vita games.
