Pokémon Black Version 2

Ive played a slew of Pokemon games and I must say the graphics and design of the cities within this Pokemon game blew me away. I love the different camera angles for certain cities, it really gave it a more realistic and enjoyable experience. The new habitat feature of the Pokedex was refreshing and rotational/triple battles added a new twist to battling. The one thing that I didnt enjoy so much were some of the super odd new Pokemon, like the ice cream cone, or the fact the mascot legendary seems almost mechanical...like Id have to plug my Pokemon into a power outlet to heal it or something.

Bought Pokemon Black 2 from the seller GameAve11 and it only took 3 days to arrive (NY to CA). Very happy with that, and also that the game came with the case and physical manuals. Very nice seller.

This was a gift for our grandson, from the look in his face when he opened it and how fast he Bahans to play it I’d say it is definitely 5 Stars!!!

A pretty standard Pokemon game. Maybe Im biased from having played so many over the years (all the way since Blue version), but its the standard formula. New Pokemon, new gym leaders, new NPCs, and a different Team Rocket. I had fun, though. I played it for about 40 hours.

This game leaves the kids distracted for hours. Gives you a break, and it is not every other dumb nintendo ds game being sold nowadays, its a good quality game worth the money. Its been months, and the kids still have yet to complete the game. So money wise, this is amazing and time wise as well. However, I am an old school pokemon lover (pickachu, charizard, bulbasaur, blastoise, etc) I loved the first 100 pokemon, so I really dont like this pokemon game, but the kids will love it!

I wanted to come back to the series to see what has changed. There have been some nice UI updates over the course of the series, and certainly the game looks better than it did back in Gen1. The pokemon themselves have gotten a lot sillier, though that is slightly age and bias. Challenge mode helps to overcome the easiness that has been put into the series. Biggest complaint is no following companion feature, which I really had hoped to see brought over from Heart Gold.

I purchased my Black 2 from Chase After The Right Price. They had stated their Black 2 game would come with the case and manual, along with the game that works 100%. Im blown away that I managed to get this good of a quality game and case. The game already had a save file which made it easy to test its connection to pokemon bank/transfer and it works! Extremely satisfied with my purchase, it was a bit pricey but worth it in my opinion.

Pokemon Black 2 stands as a wonderful expansion for the Unova Region and the Pokemon Series itself. Some previous generations return along with the 5th generation. The only thing that disappointed me was the Team Plasma plot-line. They did a better job in Black and White. However, all the other features makes the game worth every dollar spend.

This game is awesome. It has nice somewhat long plot that will keep you entertain for some time. I highly recommend this game. Sucks that you cant directly trade from platinum, but its not deal breaker. Just find someone with the original White or Black to do you favor if you dont have the original Black and White like I did. Anyhow, this game is awesome.

Same formula makes this another fun entry in the franchise but at this point I expected more. Wheres the 3D? And wheres the improved graphics and audio? Although the retro appeal is part of what I like about the games, the pixelated Pokemon are becoming very outdated. Overall, everything you would want from a Pokemon game, just not enough improvement for the second installment on the 3DS. Hopefully they finally make a technical leap on the next one.
