Greater than one weekGreat shape! It came a day early but it was a Malaysia copy. It doesnt matter though the game plays perfectly fine. If you buy and get a game case with the circle in the bottom hand corner dont worry the game will play.

> 3 dayI really like pokemon to begin with and I would recomend this to all poke. fans. I bought the game because i wanted to get more pokemon. (SPOILER) most of the pokemon in this game are just regular pokemon you can get in black and white 1(Sunkern, magby, patrat,.. just a few. I also recomend leveling up pokemon to 15 before your first gym leader. Anyways I love the game so you should get it.

> 3 dayThe best DS game yet, not just the best DS Pokemon game! The game starts up and there is no time wasting. You get your Pokemon within 5 minutes like Red/Blue, battle your rival, and be on your way! The amount of content in the game is insane for a Pokemon game with many of the wifi only Pokemon from Pokemon Black/White, being available without dumb downloads. There are familiar characters, places, and all new areas and a new team of villians to take over the world and are the ones responsible for freezing the land. You can discover the secret of Kyurem and learn of his special ability. You can travel to new cities and areas. The amount they added to the map is almost doubling the original game. It is now flooded with trainers to make leveling up very fast and easy. The new Elite 4 arenas are really cool as well! Unlike the other Japanese Pokemon games, I recommend learning some Japanese before playing this game because there were I think 3 places where you actually needed to read the Japanese text. Since this game is region-coded, in order to use PokeTransfer, you will need a Japanese version of a previous game to send them over (Diamond to Black2), but you can trade any region of Black/White to Black2. *This is my review I wrote from playing the Japanese version. There are no apparent differences other than the Japanese version allowing you to play in Kana/Gana or Kanji/Mandarin.

21-04-2025I love Pokemon, especially the games, and this one is no exception. It had a great plot and even if your like me and didnt play the original Black they did a great job filling you in through game-play so your up to speed by at least the half way point. The graphics in this one were awesome. It was more 3D than previous games and there were several times the camera actually changed position to give more of a 3 dimensional feel to the Pokemon world. They also included a lot of great extras and even a few cities you dont even visit before the elate 4, so when you beat them its not all over. There is still plenty to do, which is cool for a pokemon game-aholic like me XD

> 3 dayThis has to be my all-time FAVORITE GAME. And trust me, I have tons of games. From the innovative new designs of Black and White to the captivating story, this is just a phenomenal game. The Unova Pokemon are some of the best. The music is even better than B&W. I love the new cities and activities because White got old for me. The unexpected secrets and cutscenes bought a smile to my face. The best part? The story. The characters have so much depth to them, especially N, whos one of my favorite characters, despite being kid of a freak at times. The old Plasma members realize their mistakes and leave (but keep their suits for no apparent reason). The new plasma members are fresh and are a bit different from the old ones. When you hook up with Black or White, you can get an emotional, in-depth story of how the old gym leaders quit, adding onto the story. The best part is meeting your old characters mother, which brings back nostalgia. Its too bad that you cant have a battle with your B&W character with the team you had when you linked games. I guess it would be a bit complicated, though, so I just let that go. This is the best game ever! Its not the childish, light game you thought it was. You can trust me, too, because SPENT 800+ HOURS ON THIS GAME!

> 3 dayNow coming off of Heart Gold/Soul Silver I was somewhat burned out by the franchise (started with Gold/Silver moved back to Red/Blue then went to Fire Red/ Leaf Green then to Diamond/Pearl/Platinum skipped Black/White 1). However, decided to give this game a shot and did not regret it. Its a refreshing change to the other games, but unfortunately, the story in black/white 2 is lacking. The way its lacking is that I feel it was rushed. Other than that, thats about the only gripe I can name at this point. Gameplay: Its about what you would expect from the series at this point. Resembles Generation IV but adds new items that changes mechanics a bit so adds more strategy (I assume these changes were implemented in Black/White 1 I cant say at the moment). The AI has been tweaked in this game so its smarter. Unfortunately, the main story battles are still about brute force with weaknesses. Now, if you want to fight the proper AI, you want to try the features such as the Battle Subway and the World Tournament (new to the series). Unfortunately, you cant access the bulk of the World Tournament until youve cleared the game. I wont spoil what extras become unlocked at that point. If you enjoyed the series in general, you will like the bonus. There are also extra events such as doing a movie shoot and the use of props. Theyre much like contests in the previous games and are optional (for the most part). Further, you can register your game card to take part on a website that shows you real-time statistics of all the other trainers in the world who are battling trading and etc. You can also get access to Dream World that allows you to have more playability. It allows you to also obtain pokemon with special abilities that you would not find in-game. It also will make it easier to find pokemon that are not specific to the Unova region (such as some from Honen, Kanto, Johto and etc). A side note, it seems to have changed some of the features of the C-Gear you get in game as well as customizable skins if you register your cart and take advantage of Dream World. Story: Like I said before, its a bit rushed. It feels very forgettable. It does make mention of plot of Black and White 1. If you havent played those games, I suggest you play them first to get a feel as to what is going on. Otherwise, you might be a bit clueless (not enough to ruin the overall story). Again, I dont have much to say about it because its forgettable. Though not the worst story in the series Ive seen thus far. Replayability: Fairly high with the World Tournament and Battle Subway as you can test your skill against smarter AI with pokemon with smarter move-sets. Dream world is a nice addition. Theres also a plethora of things you can do once youve cleared the game which you can discover on your own. I just got this game to see what the hoopla for Generation V was all about. Overall, very satisfied. Though play Black and White 1 before you get this game as it will shed a bit more light on the backstory of some of the characters. You, apparently, get a bit of a bonus for playing that then playing B/W2. You wont be disappointed with this entry in the series even if youre fan (even a casual one like me).

Greater than one weekAs far as the actual game goes, its great. I love Black 2 & White 2 the most out of the DS Pokemon releases. Now with that said, I am a bit frustrated that I received a U.S.E. version, and this is where the two stars cone from. Now yes, I did get the game as promised in a case, but it doesnt have the manual since it is a U.S.E. version. Thats what makes me irritated. As a collector, I want my product complete in box, and when I pay $40 for a new copy, I expect it to be, well, NEW. Okay, it is technically new, but no manual? Really?

> 3 dayPokemon Black V2: way better than the first one and all the other pokemon games before this one. Only weak part about this is the mission for regigigas or how ever it is spelled but that mission cant be completed with just PB2 because you need white 2 to get the ice key thats needed to capture regice and go on to capture regigigas. Regigigas location isnt hard to get to just need all three guardians in your party for it to react or wake up. Other than that everything is a challenge and better than other Pokemon games that came before it.
