Pokémon Legends: Arceus - Nintendo Switch

Its a creative reorganization of a Pokemon game the classic feeling of adventure is still there and pulls you in to the world in a fully immersive understanding

Its very different from the regular games, but I truly hope several of the changes go forward into the next generations and potentially another title under the Legends title as well. if youre a shiney hunter? Youll have the best luck here in this game. if you enjoy looking for very specific things in a pokemon, youll be good. Youll have lots of reasons to catch multiples. To do a perfect dex, youll spend countless hours utilizing all of the pokemon in the game!

Pokémon Legends: Arceus is a must-have title for any Pokémon fan. Ive dreamed of an open-world Pokémon game for over a decade and Im not disappointed! People will complain about less-than-stellar graphics, as they always do, but aside from graphical breakage (this is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars), the game is awesome. The controls are super-smooth, the environments you traverse are vast, with varied terrains that dont lack interesting features; I was worried they would be too sparse or samey. There is numerous quality of life updates that fans have been asking for for years. The new Pokémon, being the core of the series, have delightful designs. All the character idle animations (especially sleep) are endearing. In my 23 years of experience as a Pokémon fan, its never felt more rewarding to catch Pokémon. On that note, the characters mean it when they say Pokémon are terrifying creatures, which can often be forgotten with how cute and cuddly some of them can be. Even the cute ones will try to drive you off from their territory if youre caught and the powerful ones are a legitimate threat to you and your party. The Pokémon A.I. is surprisingly robust: Pokémon that have spotted you will linger for a minute if youre still sneaking within their range of detection or even linger a bit once youve left their range, and thats impressive.

It about time they made pokemon different this is way better plus Pokemon attack you and you can get some starter Pokemon in the wild so good

So happy that the pre-orders got delivered on the actual release date. Been waiting for this game ever since it was announced! The bonus gifts were a nice add on as well. Use your game code for a Garchomp kimono set and then download another one via internet only for a Growlithe kimono set!

Better than any Pokémon game in recent memory. A strong story, and gameplay to back it up. Should make fans excited for the future.

There are tons of new mechanics to breathe life into the franchise for those wanting something different. Aside from the true open world concept, there are new ways to catch and evolve, and even gain experience. Even the Pokedex is loaded up with new goals and tasks to complete. Not to mention the optional side quests. Highly recommend.

great game. i wish for more trainer battles and more of the world/pokemon. its like pokemon go meats old school pokemon... even more close to a RPG then the old games were with less story though... my thoughts Game play 8/10 <--- only a few trainers in the whole game BUT lots of side quests story 4/10 <---- pokemon.... world 9/10 <---- switch graphics but this game is fine the way it is and for aa pokemon game thats kidna has animal crossing crafting you can craft multiple at one animal crossing fans would know what i mean :D 11/10
