Bought this product in last Sept 2022 and it worked well. Didn’t use it every day but when I did it was nice and quiet and shut off after a while like it was supposed to. But it only lasted maybe 6 months, 7 max. Now it does nothing. It doesn’t turn on at all. Don’t waste your money * UPDATE- they sent me a new one after I posted this review. Haven’t used it often enough but the few times I’ve used it it seems to be working.

This is an awesome humidifier. I only wish it did dual mist (cool and warm air). Its fairly quiet, it puts out a ton of mist on high. Its got the cool light to let you know how humid the air is. It also has the highly added bonus of being a diffuser. It literally has a little pad on the bottom backside of the unit that you pull out, add a few drops of essential oils (think eucalyptus when sick and your favorite scents when youre not) to the pad, push it back on, and voila..... instant diffuser. Still the only complaint I have is I wish it did dual mist.

I have been happy with my purchase of this very small humidifier. The only reason why I didn’t give it five stars across-the-board was I thought that the instructions to clean it were a little bit vague. It would be helpful if they had a diagram showing what each of the parts is called. In the end I figured it out but I think they could’ve made this easier for the consumer.

Ok, so I think I understand the confusion here with all of the conflicting reviews. Looks like they merge all of the reviews and questions for both products on this page, since 2 different sizes are under one listing. The mini diffusers DO have the stick filter. I have not ordered the large, 4L capacity one, but if you watch the product videos of both the mini humidifier and the 4L humidifier, the larger one does not appear to have the filter system that the mini one has. So all the people on here answering the question of whether or not it has a filter, and answering no, likely bought the 4L large capacity humidifier. And all the people who are upset that they asked that question, and received a product that not only has a filter, but cannot be used without the stick filter... likely only purchased the mini humidifier. I purchased the mini humidifier, and I can confirm, it puts out an AWFUL smell due to the stick filter. Really wish it could be used without them, but the humidifier will not do anything if there is no stick filter inserted. Im not sure how anyone else is tolerating the scent coming out of that, when Ive seen them call out that they wish they could order more of those filters. I guess theyre using it for essential oils, but still, this type of diffuser that uses stick filters is so not necessary. There are types of diffusers specifically for use with essential oils, that do not have/need this stick filter. If concerned about hard water build up, just run some vinegar through the machine occasionally to clean that out. Anyways, these were just not for me, Im returning them due to the awful smell. It was like a sort of burning, chemically smell. Seems like that would not be good for my plants, nor for me. I will say, that the mini humidifiers were impressively quiet, however. I couldnt hear anything and my apartment was pretty quiet at the time. If I was in an empty room with zero noise, maybe Id hear a little hum, but I dont think it would be much, honestly. I ended up buying a Honeywell humidifier instead, Ill review that once I use it.

This is a nice little mister and would have gotten five stars except that it quit working after barely a month. Just past the Amazon return window (of course). So heres what happened: I received the item at the end of December and have used it every night since. I clean it every week. But here it is just one week past the return window and I plug it in after cleaning and nothing happens. The red light that is supposed to show briefly doesnt come on, it wont turn on, nothing. So the first thing I do is take it to a different outlet to make sure that its the machine and not the outlet. Still nothing. Phooey. I take the top off to empty (yes its still plugged in and I know better) and the base of the unit is filled with mist and theres a little spit of water leaping up about every two seconds. Color me astonished. As Im watching this weird spectacle, the red light comes on and it produces a strong stream of mist and then everything stops again. After about a minute, this weird routing starts again. I havent touched it at all, its off and its doing all this by itself. Ooookay...twilight zone in my bathroom. I unplug it and hightail it to my computer to access my order only to find that the return window expired less than a week ago. Double phooey. So I look up the brand name and go to their website to see if there are any FAQs or troubleshooting hints that address what Im experiencing. Nada. So I do the adult thing and go to their contact info, find their phone number and call. The customer service rep listened to what I described and then told me that apparently the base of the unit is faulty and they will send me a new one. All I have to do is send an email with some specific info, which I promptly do. The very next day I have an email from them informing me that the new base has shipped. Two days later, I receive the new base and everything is working fine once again.

Loved this thing, but it stopped working after 2 months. I did not use it daily, so the short lifespan is frustrating for something not used that often.

I thought it could be used without keeping it plugged in.

I had the previous version for a year and loved it. But it just stopped working so I bought the new one not realizing they had “updated” it. It’s FINE, but the cord is now attached, meaning it’s harder to fill up (you can’t place it in the sink). There is some not-removable ring in the base that means it’s full of mildew and impossible to remove. But my biggest gripe is that there is now black particles appearing in the tank after every use. If this was like a Brita filter with a charcoal filter cartridge I would assume it was charcoal coming out cuz it’s new. But that doesn’t make sense, so now I’m stuff with a device that pumps out black dust all the time.

Powerful humidifier for such a small machine. My mushrooms are fighting over who gets to sleep with it. Packs a punch - it’s a keeper. I’m sold. WoW.

    Greater than one week

Pros - Perfect size and easy to fill and clean. Nice looking. Cons - has an annoying low buzz, but if it’s in a room other than a bedroom, it’s very doable.
