> 3 dayIt has made pressing these masks so much faster. I did leave my iron on it and it now has a brown spot, but that hasnt affected its use. It is thick and it had a slight odor, but that dissipated quickly. No smell using steam or when it gets hot from pressing.

> 3 dayI really love the nice, crisp press I get when using this product. I have the 17 x 24 size, and it easily accommodates most of my sewing and quilting needs when piecing and working on small projects. The only minor complaint I have is that it sheds quite a bit a first, leaving little gray fuzzy bits on some pieces, but Im assuming that will lessen over time and as I use it more. I am very satisfied overall.

> 3 dayA smaller surface for small pressing jobs. Works great on a table top.

Greater than one weekAlright, it does just lay there. But, it does retain heat and reflect it back to the fabric. Fabric does not move while ironing, which means there is much less / or no surprise stretching. This product is really built and wont stretch, tear, pill or do any other thing to ruin its manufacture. You can even stick spare pins into it. Combine it with a clapper and youll have the flattest seam ever!

> 3 dayI was surprised at how well my quilt blocks were pressed after using this mat. The seams were much crisper and they stayed put, no sliding when ironing. The mat gets very hot and presses from underneath the block very well. Had to learn to not burn my fingers when picking the blocks up. The only thing that wasnt great was when using steam, underneath the mat was fairly wet. The mat dried out just fine, but be careful what you use it on, as it would damage a wood surface.

Greater than one weekI love it, the surface by far produces better ironing than an ironing board but it smells a bit when the heat hits it. Maybe like lanolin from the wool.. Its not terrible just noticeable but its a great value! I have a different brand one that emits no smell.

> 3 dayThis product allows you quilt piecing to lay very flat. It keeps heat in which allows for a flatter piece of work. I may purchase one that is slightly bigger as I really love the way the heat stays in the mat. It never leaves my ironing board.
