I do the step by step procedure in replacing the digitalizer but the screen touch not working, only home button is working

Terrible. Firstly, the Screen is a piece of junk, it doesnt come with the parts to retain the feature which allows smart cases to lock and unlock the screen, the adhesive that comes on the new LCD doesnt stick at all. Secondly and most importantly, its been 3 days since I installed this screen and it had almost completely quit working. Ive done alot of repair on idevices, so I know I installed it perfectly. The iPad will sit on the table and the screen will click on things and sit there and jump around for no reason. This LCD is junk

I attempted to replace my cracked screen and with this tool kit I was able to fix my iPad it has most everything you need to replace an iPad screen its great

I used this to replace the screen on my son’s iPad mini. His iPad is ALWAYS in a foam kid case, but after breaking his last screen I upgraded to a case with a built in carrying handle and screen protector. The tools that came in the kit were very handy, and except for the difficulty removing all the old glass (the handle of my son’s stroller landed on it and pulverized the glass into little tiny shards), the installation went fairly smoothly. I did notice two things: the replacement piece did not have nearly as Michelle adhesive as the original, and also it seemed lighter, thinner, and more flexible. Sure enough two months later I observed the screen was already cracked in several places. Trying a different brand this time!

Worked for a few weeks. Then the screen just flickers and jumps. No point in buying.

Fit perfectly and works great. Easy enough to install. Came with all the tools needed plus extras. My son cracked the screen and this was the perfect replacement kit.

Very good product took these and my broken ipad to someone to fix it and its like new!

Cut my hand prying off the old screen with the pry tool... that thing is SHARP! Other than that its a great kit

Fits right and connnects to other lego piece but. I dont know what is up with the ribbon piece. It is nothing like its supposed to be. Because of that it is unresponsive to touch. The chips arent even correct. I need this replaced!
