This is a full kit with home button and all the tools you will ever need. It is important that home button should be on the digitizer because you destroy the tape holding the button in place during removal and it is very tricky to transfer it. It saved me a lot of time.

Only issue I had was the adhesive didnt stick very well . My daughters case helped keep it in place

Take your time and use a heat gun on the edges the soften the glue in order to get the screen off. Used a Dremel to get the dented edge corrected to get screen to fit. Screen works great.

It did not come with the digitizer

Everything you need to replace the screen is here (minus the heatgun/Blowdryer). Pair it with a youtube video and you have yourself a pretty good deal. Ive never done this before and i spent little over 1 hour to replace it.

Digitizer is just the part I needed for my mini 2. Problem is that it has a dead zone and doesnt work at all where the p is on the keyboard in portrait mode. The screen itself is very rough to the touch, nothing like the original apple coating on their digitizer. Ill have to get a screen protector with a proper coating on it and hope the digitizer dead zone doesnt become a bigger problem. It came with a wet wipe to clean the digitizer and presumably the screen before you put it back together, but it was bone dry and useless.

Does not look like picture of digitizer. No metal just a piece of plastic. Does not work after replacement. How do I get a refund for this junk.mipad worked with cracked screen now it doesnt power on. Tried to redoe 3 times still doesnt work.

Yep. Worked perfectly. Follow the YouTube instructions by iCracked. Takes a while, you’ll need more tools than just those supplied. #11 Exacto razor blade helps tons.
