Received it as promised. I installed the screen my self for the first time. I did it better than the last time I had paid someone to fix it for me. Proud of My self. Just be careful when ur doing it ur self, don’t rush it and make sure u watch couple of YouTube videos. Happy Ramadan.

Does not last long at all. Several hairline cracks appeared shortly after it was installed, despite very gentle handling.

Update! August 2021 After 5 months it stop working! Not even a year! Downgrading from 5 stars to 3 My iPad mini had a broken screen for about 2 years (had a case and a screen protector) so I wouldn’t get cut using it. It was mostly for my 2yrs old son. It now started to act crazy and clicking things on its own and we didn’t know if it was the screen or something else; so we looked for a cheap screen replacement in case that is not it and we wouldn’t feel bad spending too much money. Let me tell you it works now! Replacement was nice and it provided all the necessary tools. If will need a heat gun, but I ended up using a hair dryer lol. Anyways, mission accomplish, thank you for a great product. PS” I don’t think the glue on the replacement is strong to stick for a long time; but since I use a case, it doesn’t matter.

The home button doesnt work. After installing evething, A small chip at one corner that gradually became bigger. What a waste of time! Will definitely ask for refund

It works great! However it has less than a centimeter in the upper left corner that struggles to register touch. It also cant really handle multi touch too well anymore. Still, a great, cheap fix! UPDATE: So it seems the screen was great for the first day or so. Now it seems to give me attitude at random times in the day, where certain areas on the screen cant be tapped, or if you do they tap another random place on the screen. Its an annoying bug, so I removed a star. Its still a cheap fix, so its better to accept the struggle and save from buying a new iPad. Not thrilled, but somewhat satisfied.

Have everything you need, Worth a try for that price even not a pro.

Unfortunately, screen will not swipe to unlock. Can not use and will have to return and buy a different one. Gave couple stars for including some useful tools.

After watching a couple YouTube videos, my husband and I decided to replace the shattered mini iPad screen. It was a tedious process but we did get it done! At first, we thought we made a mistake because we werent able to see anything on the screen after completing the replacement process. Then we read online that you might have to do a hard reset (pressing home and wake/sleep button simultaneously for around 10-15 seconds). This did the trick and it has been working perfectly. Plus it was some great team building/quality time for us :)
