Great digitizer. I took me less than 2 hours to install watching a 1 hour video (ICracked). This kit has decent tools but if feel if it had a razor blade insider the kit, this review could be 5 stars. Fortunately I had one at the house. You could do it without the blade but I think it makes it easier.

This doesnt work at all.

The only disappointing feature of this digitizer is the built in home button. It is of terrible quality and does not work as seamlessly as the factory home button. Being that this iPad Mini 2 is now our toddlers, I cannot complain about the quality as it was only $18, versus the $200 a local repair shop quoted us.

Corners didn’t fit properly. Cracked during install.

Do not waste your money. This kit did not come with the items as shown and no glue to double sided tape to stick screen down. The tools where of no use and screen was of poor quality. Order from Apple instead. Ended having to buy a different kit in the end.

Purchased 2 of these for separate devices. One lasted only a day and the other a week. Wont buy again.

Works well. however, the glass didn’t adhere well to the ipad itself, that said, I don’t know if it is an issue with the product in general or just user error

Worked well. The process to replace is medium to hard, took me a little over an hour and Im an engineer! So many super tiny screwes, some one said use a white bowl, excellent tip. There are several videos online on how to do it. Make sure you test it before you screwes any thing back. My iPad didnt work initially but was beeping once I plug in the charger. I rebooted it by holding the power and home buttons together for 10 seconds and it worked right after. The screen is very responsive and clean with no scratches. The home button is a little stiff but not a big deal. Hope it lasts. The tools that came with it are really good and will have future user for me, added value.
