Purchased a similar brand of this product and not half as effective same with their magnesium.

I was repeatedly getting sick over the last few months. Even after antibiotics. these days being sick is even more so annoying because everybody thinks it’s one thing. Anyways I tried these and literally within 3 days my terrible cough went away and aches went away. So I’m assuming I was barely consuming this naturally. Reintroducing it to my system was the best. Pretty expensive. Im sure these less expensive brands out there, but its not worth the fight id have to go through with the old battle axe. But inhonestly dont see what sets this brand apart from the others.

I’ve been using this Zinc supplement daily for over a year now. I started taking it to help with acne from pcos. I started with the 15mg and upped it to the 30 mg after the the 15 mg were out of stock. Let me just say that I noticed a big different. My face is clearer and my skin feels great. The pills are small and easy to swallow. I have not had any side effects either. ( keep in mind supplements effect everyone differently) Lastly, they are not expensive at all and bottle lasts me 2 months.

Zinc in tab form upsets your stomach. This capsule does not. I am extremely sensitive to zinc.

Trust quality

I have taken other brands of zinc before. And, I have to be very careful to have enough food and nutrients in my body before taking zinc so I am not left with a sick to my stomach feeling. But, with this zinc, I can take it anytime and it never left me with that sick feeling. And, it is very easy to swallow. For these two reasons, I recommend it.
