> 24 hourI searched the disk title on YouTube and found a video that showed me step by step. Im a visual learner and not a computer tech. So I had to watch it a few times. It worked like a charm!! I noticed way down the page that the company has a video as well. You may wish to download it first. Thanks Ralix for a great product. I have a vista (windows 8) and it worked!!

> 24 hourI found my old computer (windows 7) in storage a couple weeks ago. I Plugged it in and it was password protected. Its been years since Ive used it so of course, I couldnt remember the password. I tried everything. So, I decided to order this inexpensive disk. It couldnt hurt. I recieved it about a week later, put it the computer, did a restart and voila!! It let me change my password and I was able to get in! It was easy breezy! Now I can get all of those old pictures off of my kids when they were young. Im happy with my purchase. Thanks a bunch!

> 24 hourI was running Windows 7 on an old computer that hosted my businesss access control system. We got locked out of the computer and ordered this CD. Instead of helping us to reset the password, the computer now only says, Enter System Password to Continue -- it wont even load Windows. If I knew the password, I wouldnt need the CD. I took it to Techy, a local computer store and was told the CD damaged the BIOS and the motherboard is no longer good. So not only can I not get into Windows, the entire computer is ruined.

> 24 hourI would NOT recommend this product. Im not new to computers, especially when it comes to windows. i had absolutely no problems until i forgot my passcode. used this to bypass the pin, all seemed to be fine. played around on it for awhile, turned it off and was never able to turn it on again. Had to do a complete reinstall! couldnt believe it. i wouldnt try this unless you KNOW you have a valid boot disk. i didnt. but fortunately i figured it out and was able to get back in. Lost all my data though.
