Easy to use, nothing else was needed.

It does, literally, nothing. Furthermore, the “ contact us no matter what if this does not work, and we will help” email also does not work. Feel a bit like someone is pranking me for the cost of this. Worse, wasting my time. Not recommended.

I was skeptical about this product as multiple users had rated it not working. However, it worked for me after a couple of tries. Essentially, the laptop needs to boot from CD and start a program from the CD. If you get the program running, you have to select the account you want to reset password for. The software did exactly what it promised and blanked put my forgotten password.

This was so easy to use and reset my forgotten password within 5 minutes. Totally worth it, highly recommend.

Computer does not recognize cd in drive

I couldnt use it because it was cracked!!! I threw it away!!!

Didnt work for my laptop

Received this today. Rebooted Dell laptop with recovery CD. Was able to remove forgotten PW from specific User. Entire process took about 5 minutes.
