Tried to use it to recover password on an older machine would not allow the machine to boot because it didnt like the fact that it was a 32-bit machine instead of a 64-bit machine. Email tech support twice with no response. Sent it back.

This laptop was taken to GeekS**** and they said it cant be password unlocked. I tried several ways and failed. This worked quickly! in minutes I was in.

I found my old computer (windows 7) in storage a couple weeks ago. I Plugged it in and it was password protected. Its been years since Ive used it so of course, I couldnt remember the password. I tried everything. So, I decided to order this inexpensive disk. It couldnt hurt. I recieved it about a week later, put it the computer, did a restart and voila!! It let me change my password and I was able to get in! It was easy breezy! Now I can get all of those old pictures off of my kids when they were young. Im happy with my purchase. Thanks a bunch!

Piece of junk doesnt do anything

Emailed and sent an Amazon message to Ralix for product support with no response.

I was skeptical at first when I purchased this product. It actually helped reset my password from a computer I didnt use for 5 years. Make sure to read the directions!! You will need to follow them carefully. Thank you for a great product. Worth every penny!

What a joke this don’t work don’t waste your time or money on this crap

Once I used the F10 key to get the cd drive to read first the rest was a breeze. 5minutes and one screen asking if I wanted to disable my password. Once I did I was home free. Great product and your support site told me how to change the setting for the cd startup. I know little about computers but you made it easy.
