I couldnt use it because it was cracked!!! I threw it away!!!

Once I used the F10 key to get the cd drive to read first the rest was a breeze. 5minutes and one screen asking if I wanted to disable my password. Once I did I was home free. Great product and your support site told me how to change the setting for the cd startup. I know little about computers but you made it easy.

I had forgotten my password, and this was able to get me back into my computer! It gives you instructions of what to do along with a website to view step by step instuctions. Not all the steps showed up on my older PC, but I was able to omit my password and open up my HP!! So Thankful For This CD!

Didnt work like they advertised. Tech Support sucks. Easier just to take your money and burn it. At least then you get to see something work.

I was unable to use it for the problem I had and in all honesty it might have been because I misunderstood what I needed to fix my problem. However, I tried following instructions but still didnt get my problem resolved. The thing that I really am not happy with is how long it is taking me to get a credit after returning it.

I’m sorry that others had problems using this disk but it worked like a champ getting me into my laptop with windows 7.

Received this today. Rebooted Dell laptop with recovery CD. Was able to remove forgotten PW from specific User. Entire process took about 5 minutes.
