Pretty simple. It didn’t work. My computer model matches exactly what’s on the cd... but no go. Disappointing.

Wasnt the right software for my computer.

Tried to use it to recover password on an older machine would not allow the machine to boot because it didnt like the fact that it was a 32-bit machine instead of a 64-bit machine. Email tech support twice with no response. Sent it back.

Dont waste your money this software is BOGUS it doesnt do what it claims to do

Did not work and 24/7 support is non existent. Only method of contact is email which are not answered.

Booted to the CD and the account screen came up (after about 5 minutes) and I was able to reset the admin account and one other account I needed. No problems.
