This was so worth the money. I popped it in my computer and entered a password and it instantly opened my computer. I saved technical support costs for sure.

I was leery, since review-rating sites gave the reviews on this product a D grade. But I was desperate to get into a Windows 7 computer that Id irrevocably locked myself out of, and figured $13 wasnt a huge risk.

I’m sorry that others had problems using this disk but it worked like a champ getting me into my laptop with windows 7.

Worked perfectly!!! Follow exactly what it say do or it doesn’t work.

Emailed and sent an Amazon message to Ralix for product support with no response.

The disc did nothing and when I emailed the address provided on the Instructions & Support card included with the disc, my email bounced back to me.

Received this today. Rebooted Dell laptop with recovery CD. Was able to remove forgotten PW from specific User. Entire process took about 5 minutes.

I couldnt use it because it was cracked!!! I threw it away!!!

The only reason why I gave it one star due to the lack of customer service. I had email the company multiple times with no response and the product did not work.

I needed to reset my password on my old laptop. The disk information claimed to be able to do this. The laptop wouldnt read the disk and kept asking for removable storage which was inserted.
