Thanks for the disc which gave me a lot of hope. Unfortunately my computer hard drive was unable to recognize and read the disc. The hard drive kept asking me to input the disk when it was already in the drive. No problem because of this I knew it could not be the disc. So I got a new laptop so you saved me a lot of trouble and I am grateful to you for your kindness. You helped me make a good decision.

I was skeptical about buying this because of some of the negative reviews but I’m so glad I did. This product worked beautifully for me. Within 10 mins of receiving it in the mail I was able to get into this laptop for the first time in 9 years.
