Pretty simple. It didn’t work. My computer model matches exactly what’s on the cd... but no go. Disappointing.

not waste your money

Thanks for the disc which gave me a lot of hope. Unfortunately my computer hard drive was unable to recognize and read the disc. The hard drive kept asking me to input the disk when it was already in the drive. No problem because of this I knew it could not be the disc. So I got a new laptop so you saved me a lot of trouble and I am grateful to you for your kindness. You helped me make a good decision.

Very easy to use

The disk worked very well. At first I didnt understand how to reset the password, but then I did it in a few simple steps when my computer read the disk. Thank you, I did not lose the information I had that was super important.

I was skeptical, but it actually worked. It took me three installs to get to where I needed to be .
