I ordered this to help some else recover a lost password, but cant get it to work on any optical drive Ive found. Ive ordered password recovery software before that has worked like a charm, with no problems. Not the case with this one, though.

This was so worth the money. I popped it in my computer and entered a password and it instantly opened my computer. I saved technical support costs for sure.

Simply put, it does not work.

The only reason why I gave it one star due to the lack of customer service. I had email the company multiple times with no response and the product did not work.

Didnt work for my laptop

I bought this for my mum who got locked out of her PC and is clueless, and it solved her problem with no issues! She can barely send an email so cant get higher praise than that!!

I’m sorry that others had problems using this disk but it worked like a champ getting me into my laptop with windows 7.

I was skeptical about buying this because of some of the negative reviews but I’m so glad I did. This product worked beautifully for me. Within 10 mins of receiving it in the mail I was able to get into this laptop for the first time in 9 years.
