I like the looks of the latch Im only worried someone will pull the screws from the mounting as its mounted on an internal bathroom barn door Looking for a stronger more permanent locking method However it is doing what it is supposed to be doing. . .

Installed this lock on our gate entrance to the back yard and I must say this is the most durable lock I have ever purchased. It’s lightweight and super elegant but simple and I love that about this product. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking to have simplicity in your life! Good things come in small packages. This simple hook and loop latch is the best you will find. It is not the average dinky hardware you find at the box stores or lumber house. This latch is thicker than most and adds a beauty and simplicity to any barn door or gate

This is very sturdy, easy to install and simple to use for securing our gate on the garden fence. It looks very nice and shipped quickly. All of the screws were included and I had it installed within minutes!

Small but very sturdy and easy to install. The hole where the hook goes in is a good size too. Its not tight where you have no wiggle room but its not overly large either. I fully expect when treated boards I used to build the fence dry and shrink I will not have to re-position anything.

Earlier this year we moved into a home that has a sliding barn door on the hallway closet. The bottom of that closet is where we keep the dog food bins and the shelves in that closet are, well, a mess of other random things. Our dogs figured out how to push the door open with their noses so they could stare at their food bins but rudely did not shut the door when they were done, so that closet was always open and it drove me nuts. We bought this latch and my husband installed it quickly and easily. It looks like really nice and works great. It feels heavy-duty/quality in your hand. The dogs still try to open the door but now its sturdily held shut. Victory!

So the pictures online Do not do this product justice. When I received them, I thought they were going to be cheap and thin, especially for what little I paid for these. They were the direct opposite. They have some weight to them and are on the thicker side. Great quality. If you are going for that authentic theme I woukd HIGHLY recommend.
