Simple to install and works great. Holds well

Earlier this year we moved into a home that has a sliding barn door on the hallway closet. The bottom of that closet is where we keep the dog food bins and the shelves in that closet are, well, a mess of other random things. Our dogs figured out how to push the door open with their noses so they could stare at their food bins but rudely did not shut the door when they were done, so that closet was always open and it drove me nuts. We bought this latch and my husband installed it quickly and easily. It looks like really nice and works great. It feels heavy-duty/quality in your hand. The dogs still try to open the door but now its sturdily held shut. Victory!

I installed this hook to secure an outdoor cabinet that is subjected to frequent high winds. The hook not only does the job, but its stoutness is additional benefit. When compared to the typical galvanized hook and latch that is much thinner and shiny, this product is a much better choice.

We have this on our bathroom door so the sturdiness is appreciated. It was shockingly large and I did get a good laugh out of my system because of its girth!

I used this for our porch door, it really helps!! Real thick and strong!! Unlike the thin ones, this added more security for your property!

Exactly what I wanted and east to install

So the pictures online Do not do this product justice. When I received them, I thought they were going to be cheap and thin, especially for what little I paid for these. They were the direct opposite. They have some weight to them and are on the thicker side. Great quality. If you are going for that authentic theme I woukd HIGHLY recommend.

I like the looks of the latch Im only worried someone will pull the screws from the mounting as its mounted on an internal bathroom barn door Looking for a stronger more permanent locking method However it is doing what it is supposed to be doing. . .

Much larger and thicker than expected but looks good

I was very pleased with the quality of this latch. It is a very simple item and I was worried that the quality would reflect the price. I was mistaken. The material is quite sturdy and the finish was excellent. We ordered this latch as a temporary fix for a party but we are so pleased that we will be using it as a permanent solution.
