> 3 dayI knew when I ordered it as a last minute gift for a 6 year old, that it would arrive late and that was ok. In fact I expected it two days after the event. It came the same day just hours before the party : I wrapped it thinking I would need to assemble it and remove much packing material. Nope! it came out of the box already assembled, shiny and ready to scoot. The grownups all took turns scooting around the kitchen. Thankyou !!

> 3 dayI was searching for a scooter and saw this one on the daily deals. I was a bit worried that it wouldnt last long since its foldable and because my 11 year old enjoys sharing his outside toys with our neighbors. Thanks to their attempts to show off, this scooter has taken a lot of hits. So have they! Its foldable and easy to store. It doesnt take much space and he just slips it back into the box it came in (fully assembled) and put the box in the closet. He enjoys it and Im happy.

> 3 daySmooth! Its so incredibly smooth. Thats what I was told when I heard the response to this Christmas gift. The scooter was ready to ride in seconds and adjustability was simple and on target. No tool required to customize the fit. The board length was perfect, not cramped and not too long. Warning: The brake heats up almost immediately when used, so its not a good idea to ride barefoot - or it might be better to come to a stop by stepping instead of using the break. The scooter is quiet, not rackety like the scooter that was used in the past. The color was a bright and cheerful pink, not a Pepto Bismol pink. Im very impressed so far! Well see what happens after a summer of fun. ;)

> 3 dayI recieved this item and it is a great little kick scooter just as it is pictured and advertised to be BUT, they made a serious design flaw in that in order to save space when shipping they made the handles on the upper most bar that are used to steer and hold onto have been altered so they can be attached/removed for folding purposes with NO ABILITY TO MAINTAIN THEIR INTEGRITY TO REMAIN IN PLACE. As a result of this my youngest daughter was kick scooting down the street and she was holding onto the handle bars for control and stability she inadvertantly thumbed the release buttons making the bars she was holding onto spin and them slip out and away from the T neck assembly giving her no control as well as any support to keep her from falling forward into the upright bar itself and ultimately falling face first onto the pavement knocking her front teeth out!! I was shocked, scared, and in a horrific nightmare as I watched without being able to do a thng as it all happened in the blink of an eye, but upon recounting the event over and over in my head and in my dreams(make that nightmares) keeping me awake OR waking me, it seemed like hours watching my beautiful baby girl come crashing to the pavement face first after busting her face on the T bar which holds the handles. There isnt even a safety device which can lock these into position only a very easily pushed button which leaves any child and parent completly helpless as they watch their child crash to the street!! I am having the scooter analyzed by an engineer and will be contacting Amazon directly to gain a recall on these dangerous scooters!!. My older daughter had the same scooter BUT the handle bars were solid at the top making it a solid T that could only be safely tightened into an upper or lower position and just like this one it also folded through the use of a latch. Razor made a serious design flaw making the handles so unwisely and unsafely useless by adding these buttons to them just to save six inches of boxing material or space for shipping/packaging and is just down right silly, unsafe and irreasponsible!! I will post pics as to the nature of my daughters scooter so all parents will be able to see the safety concern as well as my other daughters older version the original one that did not use this dangerous method to aid in the lower cost of boxing materials for packaging/shipping where the money saved is paid by yours/ours childrens faces and or safety!! I am extremely upset and will also be bringing this to the FTC as well as the H.R. 5818 (98th): Toy Safety Act of 1984 Introduced: Jun 11, 1984 98th Congress, 1983–1984 Status: Enacted — Signed by the President on Oct 17, 1984 This bill was enacted after being signed by the President on October 17, 1984.Law: Pub.L. 98-491 An act to enable the Consumer Product Safety Commission to protect the public by ordering notice and repair, replacement or refund of certain toys or articles intended for use by children if such toys or articles contain a defect which creates a substantial risk of injury to children.

> 3 dayI needed 3 of these for my boys, and of course they had to have their favourite colour. These scooters arrived at my Post office in less than a week at a overseas military address. Scooters were exactly as described. Adjustable height for the handle bars. Capable of folding up to a relatively small size for stowage, or travel. Why the 4 stars as opposed to 5? This is because the handle bar shaft fits somewhat loosely in the neck of the scooter. I would expect it to be of a tighter fit. Every Razor scooter I have ever seen or handled demonstrated this looseness in the neck. Other than that they are great!

> 3 dayMy six-year old loves it. She got it for her birthday a month ago. Most of the tassels have fallen off and it does not fold/unfold consistently; I have to jiggle it around while holding the lever down and twisting things until it finally decides to pop open or closed. But other than that it’s good.

17-11-2024I remember when these scooters hit the market and became all the rage among children and adults alike. Back then it seemed you couldnt touch one for less than $100 or so. That was about three years ago, I think? My son is now six years old, and many of his friends now find themselves in possession of the Razor scooters that were once cherished by their older brothersand sisters. My son happens to be the oldest in our family, so he hasnt the benefit of older siblings from whom he might have inherited a scooter, and thus he was left with the only viable alternative: he requested one for Christmas. And, happily, as the market has been inundated with Razor Scooters, the price has come down. I think its an excellent value for the $30 we paid. I liked how easy it was to assemble. We needed an allen wrench to attach the handle, but that was all. I like that the handles height is adjustable, and that the construction, overall, seems sturdy. My son is a big fan of the brake on the back wheel. The only concern I have is that the height-adjustable handle will become loose eventually. Rather than having height levels that lock into place, the handles are held at a given height by pressure inflicted by a squeezing clamp. Weve had no trouble with it so far, but it strikes me as being the sort of part that could easily become faulty with too much use. Maybe -- hopefully -- Ill be proven wrong there. Especially since his three younger siblings are hoping to inherit it eventually. ;)

> 3 dayThis scooter is really cute. It has streamers and a cute little bell. Its also pink and very girly. It seems to be very durable, just like razor scooters. Assembly was very easy, all you have to do is unfold it and pop the handle bars in place. It even folds up for storage which is great! It has a height adjust so you can use it for years to come. It has a rear brake pedal for use when trying to stop. I was very happy with this purchase. I think she will get lots of years of enjoyment out of it.

> 3 dayI bought this pink Razor scooter for my 4 year old daughter. I thought about buying a little plastic princess scooter for less but ended up choosing this instead and figured she can grow into it. At 4 years old, it is a bit too loose in the steering for her to manage and scares her a bit. I think within the next year it will be great though. It is also a bit too high for her (she is on the shorter side for her age). Overall it is a great scooter and I would recommend... just depends on the childs ability and size.
