This gun vise is the bomb. And so useful for more than just guns! They really did their homework on this vise, and I absolutely love it. Ive become very fond of the Real Avid line and have several of their items.

I really liked this vise when I saw it from RealAvid and found a good price here on Amazon. I have used this vise to hold multiple different rifles to mount scopes, change stocks and attach new muzzle devices. Have also used it to hold wood for cutting for different house projects. I dont often move it from just a normal vertical position except for titling rifles to clean. The foam pad inserts are very handy, use them most of all. The opposite side plastic barrel jaws I was a little skeptical on but they held one of my rifles from the barrel just fine so that I could install an Arca rail to the bottom of the stock. It was definitely worth the money.

This product was designed for all sorts of things. Ever have a vise and you just cant get the proper angle? This is the vise for you. You can move things about anyway you want them. From leveling a scope to getting that odd shape of wood cut just the way you want it. I find myself using it for all sorts of things. Very happy with my purchase.

I was gifted this vise for Christmas and OMG - Ive never seen anything like this before. There are small ball-mount vises available for hobby projects, but this thing blows those out of the water with its bigger scale and jaw covers. Theyre selling this as a gunsmithing vise, but it does so much more. I plan to use it for all of my different hobbies as well as servicing firearms. All of the locks are rock-solid, so it doesnt move once its clamped down. And on top of working great - it looks cool. Best. Christmas. Gift. Ever.

The ability to move this vise to almost any angle and position makes work so much better.

If you can not get it in to position to do work on , you dont need to work on anything

This vise is not only super sturdy, but moves in every direction imaginable so you can rotate the workpiece making it easier to access

I love this vice. It isnt inexpensive but worth every penny. Very useful and easy to Work with. Did I say I love it.
