> 3 dayAlthough theyre not cherry mx switches, these blue switches feel quite nice and clicky. The keyboard itself is well constructed, with minimal deck flex and quality that isnt too far from more popular keyboards such as the corsair K70. Software has to be downloaded from a link in the product description but its very customizable, with multiple preset colors and a completely customizable option. Ive been using this keyboard for a couple of months now with no issues. Since the switches sit on top of the deck its very easy to clean the keyboard and just a quick shake usually dislodges any dust and debris. The only quirks with this keyboard is a slight metallic twang after each keystroke and the macro buttons on the top left that are far inferior in quality compared to the rest of the keyboard but since I dont really have a use for the macro buttons its not much of an issue for me. The white color option also has a slight pinkish hue to it rather than being pure white. Overall, this is a really nice beginner/starter keyboard for those that are wanting to try out mechanical keyboards before buying a much more expensive brand name keyboard.

> 3 dayBack in 2021, we felt it was time to replace our current keyboard: It worked fine, but the letters were wearing off, which made it hard for our 4-year-old to find the right keys to type her name (or just hold down the A key). After a bit of research, we decided to try this keyboard: we thought itd be fun to try mechanical, and this one was pretty reasonably priced. Also, we really wanted a keyboard with dedicated media controls, which doesnt seem to be as common as one might think. When we got the keyboard, it worked perfectly well. We went through the user manual and had fun playing with the built-in controls to change the RGB lighting schemes. The software to modify the RGB lights is okay: It also works with OpenRGB, which provides an alternate interface for setting up the lighting. A while back, I got a little into creating 8-bit music, and was able to set up a lighting scheme that corresponded with the keyboard controls for FamiTracker (software to create music for the NES/Famicom). You can also do neat things like have the lights radiate out from a key press. The built-in media controls work as expected, which is great. We havent had an opportunity to mess with the macro keys, but I would imagine theyd work fine too. Regarding customer service: I recently got some jam under one of the keys, and wanted to take it off to clean it a bit. But unfortunately, I had mispaced the keycap remover tool. I emailed Redragon through their website, and they very quickly provided a response, offering to send me a replacement for free. So that was really cool. For full disclosure: They did ask me to write a review, but did NOT condition the keycap tool upon the review. So anyways, this is a great keyboard with great customer support. I would definitely recommend it.

> 3 dayI do a lot of computer work, but I do game a little bit. Brown switch keyboards are usually perfect for this because they have a slight bump when you push them. This keyboard however, does not do that. Also, while they have a myriad of choices for lighting, all of which are colorful and interesting, theres no way to actually make the keyboard simply backlight at one particular color permanently. All that said, this is a tough keyboard. Well built, and clearly designed well. It will serve you well, but its highly distracting with all the weird colors.

> 3 dayI wasnt expecting it to be this good! Great lighting, great tactile feedback, and I love the loud clicky sound to the blue keys! My wife also uses it when she works from home a few hours a week . She loves it too! She gets sad when she goes back to the office with her plain black office keyboard!.....Boring!

> 3 dayThis is the first mechanical keyboard Ive owned. Before this, I was using a keyboard I bought from a garage sale for a dollar. Im a Computer Science major and a freelance Software Developer so I spend a great deal of my day behind a keyboard. After suffering some wrist and elbow pain from my old keyboard, my doctor recommended I bite the bullet and buy a mechanical keyboard. I have to say, that so far this keyboard has been amazing. Not only have the pains in my wrist and elbow been minimized, using this keyboard is just a pleasant experience. The keys are very clicky. This means I can feel every key press and they can be a bit loud. Some people may not like a loud keyboard (may not be the best for people who share a room like college students) but I personally like hearing that each of my key strokes were registered. I enjoy the backlight, it makes typing in the dark much simpler and consistent. The shifting RGB colors also stop my eyes from getting blasted by a single color in the dark, allowing me to code for longer amounts of time without eye strain. The keyboard also has a volume wheel for listening to music, watching videos, or playing games. The media buttons are very helpful for pausing, rewinding, or skipping media segments in Spotify, iTunes, or YouTube. In fact, if you turn the media buttons off, the volume slider will now change the brightness of your keyboard. The only possible negative I could have for the keyboard is that some of the keys have a bit of a ring after their click sound. Not a huge deal, if you have music on when youre using your computer like I tend to, youll never hear the ring over your music if its being played at a moderate level. Overall, a wonderful entry level mechanical keyboard and I would definitely recommend it for anybody looking for an upgrade from your laptop keyboard or a cheap $10 keyboard you picked up from Wal-Mart. I am one satisfied customer and Ill likely be looking into Redragon products in the future.

> 3 dayIts an amazing keyboard! Ive had it for almost a year now and its never failed me once, Id only add a wrist rest or ports for one but for the price range its the perfect keyboard for gaming, macros function perfectly and for late night gaming sessions the brightness is ideal if you play with either lights off or on, the dedicated media keys work as intended since I dont switch TABS to be able to play/pause/change my music while playing and they are comfortable to use as the volume wheel too. The only thing Id also add is, even when the keys rgb is fully customizable the side lighting is not and sadly it doesnt goes all around the keyboard which in sometimes you forget it has side lighting. Other than minor aesthetic details the keyboard is perfect for gaming, the blue switches are clicky and loud which gives that mechanical keyboard satisfaction it should deliver and the weight plus the rubber band legs keep it stable at all times.

> 3 dayMaybe it is just me. I expected these brown switches to provide some tactile feel. they do not (at least not what I was expecting). I find that even slight pressure will trigger the key. I am not that big of a fan. These brown switches on this keyboard have no discernible push-back, so they behave more like what I would have expected from a red switch. These brown switches have a very clacky sound - which is what I might expect from a blue switch. Even if you try to type very softly to not push the switch all the way to the bottom - it clacks quite loudly. What I was HOPING for was relatively quiet switches with a tactile feel - or an edge that I could push past to make the key engage. Other than that - the colors are great and the keyboard feels like it costs hundreds of dollars. It works right out of the box, and the keyboard shortcuts give some interesting visuals. I would like an easy way to set all the keys to a single color. It may be in there, but so far I have not found it (today is my first day)

> 3 dayI bought this to replace my Corsair mechanical keyboard. It died after two years. I didnt want to pay another $120.00 for another Corsair, so I gave this a try. I am glad I did. Simply the best mechanical keyboard for the money. I like everything about this keyboard. I already had a Redragon mouse, but this is the first Redragon keyboard I have owned. I like the blue switches. I like the way they feel and sound. The RBG lights are very cool. The only issue I have is with the downloadable software for the keyboard. It doesnt render on my screen correctly. It has the words overlapping and cut off. I didnt take a star away for this because the software isnt necessary. UPDATE: Well the reason the software doesnt render correctly is I am on a 4k tv duh. I just set it to 1920x1080 and it renders fine. Also, my keyboard did something weird. It swapped key assignments on a few keys. The spacebar key was now the menu key(the one between the right control and right windows key). The volume control was backward, and my functions keys were shifted down the line by one key(f1 was now f2 and so on). This was a strange problem and one they had not encountered before. Their customer service Rep, Selena was very helpful and accommodating. Her emails were timely. I never waited for more than a half-day to get a response from her. Thanks for that Selena! she asked me to make a quick video showing the issues and so I did. I sent it to her and in about eight hours she told me I would be receiving a new keyboard in the mail. I would give six stars if I could. Thank you Redragon for your awesome customer support. It is rare in this day and age to receive such prompt and satisfactory customer service.

> 3 daySomehow this thing survived one of my cats tossing their cookies onto it shortly after receiving it. It was a huge relief taking it apart to clean for the most part, despite my frustration of having to do so in the first place. Everything still works, and while Im not sure it would have survived have I had it longer. Its still rather amazing to me that it survived regardless.

> 3 dayI was very pleasantly surprised with this keyboard I took a risk going cheap but Ill tell you I am very very happy with it. I ordered mine with brown keys and they sound great my only complaint is you can kinda hear the springs but besides that they are very responsive, satisfying not too annoying or loud. It is built very well does not feel cheap and the hot swappable feature is a very big plus Incase any keys quit working (which none have so far) I think if you are a moderate gamer this will be a purchase you wont regret. The volume control works great and it my favorite ergonomic feature. But holy canoli the RGB on this thing is great absolutely any color scheme you could ever want in every pattern imaginable. The built in controls on the keyboard took me a second to figure out but are so easy to use once you do. I highly recommend this keyboard for someone who doesnt want to take out a loan for a solid mechanical keyboard.
