> 24 hourI work on a computer all day and I carry all of my tension and stress in my neck. I have tried so many different things to relieve the tension, but the only thing that ever made a difference was manual massage (which is expensive and inconvenient) until I found this. This helps take the tension off my neck immediately and has even helped relieve headaches. I really didn’t expect this to work as well as it does.

> 24 hourAs a dental hygienist I have been leaning over patients for years and have my neck in very static positions. I’ve been using this neck device for one month and have had great results. My neck and shoulders (trapezius) have had little or no pain since use. I customarily have to see the chiropractor weekly and I’m finding that I have limited my need for visits since using the neck pillow just once a day for 5 to 10 minutes.

> 24 hourI didnt think this could be the solution I was looking for but I was willing to give it a shot. The other options were the neck sling, which looks totally effective but something about hanging my head by the door urks me...and a vertical table, which Ive used and LOVE but its extra af (meaning I dont have space for that crazy contraption maybe when Im 50). Most importantly, I needed something portable. Man, am I happy this lil futuristic tsunami pillow exists (not its real name, I give it nicknames cus its just so cute and weird lookin!) Ill have to travel with it and have one in my life forever from here on out but its a sacrifice Im willing to make... What does it do for me/how do I use it? • it alleviates my neck, shoulder, and even lower back pain in a matter of 10-30 minutes. • At a minimum, I use it two times a week for 5-10 minutes (but usually longer if I have time) and just lay on the floor with it tucked under my neck and the base of it pressed into my shoulders. You take deep, thoughtful breaths and let your head drop back. As you breath youll feel your neck making space for the tension to pass through and be relieved. Make sure youre not tensing your shoulders, you will and thats ok, just catch yourself and really let yourself continue to fall into the stretch. BREATHING THROUGH THE TENSION IS THE MEDICINE. This pillow guides your spinal chord into alignment. Also pay attention to your how even your hips/pelvis will need to realign as you lay there. • this alone permits me to go to town as a side sleeper. • being that Im a side sleeper with double jointed shoulders that pop out of socket when I sleep, as well as a lower back disk herniation---for years, on the daily, Ive woken up with the most intense aches in my scapula, neck, and lower back. Its worse on weekdays when I work on a laptop and tilt my neck in a dumb way, but this pillow completely eradicated that pain in about 3 days after purchase. So we can all agree, IM OBSESSED. • if I dont use it weekly, my pain will return as my work habits and phone habits seem to force me into terrible posture :/ If my experience sounds like yours in any way, I highly recommend you try this product! It will change your sleep, spine and body for the better.

> 24 hourBE PATIENT - IT’S WORTH IT! WORKS!!! I absolutely LOVE this thing. I have cervical bone spurs, and cervical disc bulge at C3-C4, pressing on nerves that run down to my right hand, and incredibly tight neck muscles and traps. During the pandemic lockdown my pain and numbness was the worst. I was working a stressful job and getting little sleep. My right arm was weaker than the left, and my right hand would be numb for 30 minutes after waking up each morning. I was scared. The MRI showed the physical issues above; the doctor recommended a steroid shot and said I may need surgery one day. I put off the steroid shot, figuring I should try physical therapy first. I also completed my contract, got a less stressful job, and started sleeping more. I tried stretched but they were painful, and sometimes seem to make things worse. I don’t think I was doing them right. But when I started using this device, I couldn’t BELIEVE how effective it was. Every time I use this regularly, it’s like I’m buying myself days or weeks of pain relief. AND extra mobility— I can twist to look behind when backing up my car without stabbing pain now. IMPORTANT TIP: when I first got it, it hurt a lot to relax my neck in that position. My neck was so tight it felt like it was made of hot piano wires that were about to explode. No joke. So I would only stretch on the floor with it for 30 seconds, twice a day. Then I gradually increased to a minute, once or twice a day. Another review here helped - it suggested to breathe slow and deep, gentling letting go, let gravity do the work, as you are able to tolerate it. Eventually I would put headphones in, choose one relaxing song that was about three minutes long, and use that as my timer. I’ve been using it for about 6 months now, and my necks so much better that I only need it 1-2x per week now, for about 3 minutes. I’m almost convinced that all I needed was gentle, gradual, decompression, not surgery and steroid shots. Anyway, time will tell. For now, I’m sticking to this routine, and recommend it to anyone with neck and upper back pain. Thank you for making this stretcher!!

> 24 hourI suffer from chronic vertigo ever since I contracted a viral infection (over a year ago) that attacked my inner ears and was subsequently rear ended while being taken to a doctors appointment. 2021 wasn’t great. Since then I’m never sure if the dizziness comes from my ears, brain or neck. So I bought this on a whim just to see if it could provide some relief. So far I’ve used it once and was really surprised by how much better my neck felt. I’m looking forward to using it again. But I’ve got to say I really did feel my whole spine realigning during use and a few days after. It’s made from a sturdy foam and feels like it will be too hard for your neck but once you lay your neck upon it, it gives way and is sturdy but quite comfortable. It gently stretches your cervical spine. I’m 5’5” and had a little difficulty centering the foam curve along the curve of my neck. But with some shifting, I did get it centered. I think you could potentially hurt your neck with this if you use it incorrectly so follow instructions please. All in all, it seems like a good product and I think over time it will help with my tension headaches based at the base of my skull/neck. And it will help with pain left over from car accident. I hope it will help with my vertigo. But jury is still out on that. It’s not expensive so give it a go!
