> 3 dayI expect that how well it works depends on the individual and their issue. Ive had some neck and nerve issues (numbness in left side) from an old neck injury. Tried it a few times. It was slightly uncomfortable, which I dont mind, but more importantly, it didnt seem to help much. Not sure that it makes a difference that I am significantly bigger than the woman in the pictures, and it doesnt span the length of my neck the way it does for her. I updated my rating to 4 stars, however, because the customer service was wonderful in reaching out to me.

> 3 dayI have severe cervical spinal stenosis neck pain. Virtually nothing helps...aside from this little godsend. I do it 10 minutes before bed each night. The difference is enough that I can sleep. One night without it, and the pain keeps me awake. Recommend it!

> 3 dayI originally got this because I’m starting to get a dowagers hump and I wanted to correct it. So far, no improvements there sadly. I do think it helps with neck tension and pain though, so it has its purpose.

> 3 dayStaring at a computer all day makes for a very tense neck. Laying on the floor on this thing for just 10 minutes makes me nearly delirious from the pain relief. I dont understand how it works, I think it is magic. Was recommended by my cousin and bought one for my mother in law, will continue to spread the word about this amazing invention ❤️

> 3 dayI have a dowager (hump) on the back of my neck. It sounds awful but many people have one. This device helps to relieve the pressure between the discs. I use it a few times a week or when my neck or back bothers me:)

> 3 dayI’m actually crying as I’m writing this review because I’m so happy!! 5 stars isn’t enough for this pillow. I have scoliosis so my back isn’t great to begin with. After starting an office job that required countless hours on a laptop, I started to develop this hideous lump on my neck and extreme tightness in my shoulders. I couldn’t stand up straight, was in pain and tried everything I could to hide this ugly neck of mine. I decided to try this pillow (because why not). I figured I’d return it if I didn’t like it. THIS PICTURE IS FROM ONE WEEK OF USE. ONE. WEEK. I couldn’t find any before and after pics so I wanted to leave my review in hopes that this will help someone else! After the first use, I woke up in the middle of night extremely sore. In fact, I was sore the entire next day all down my back to my hips. I could feel a shift in my spine. The instructions have you put your arms out in a ‘touchdown’ position and for the first 3 days I couldn’t lay them flat on the ground, they just kind of hung there and went numb. By day 4, I was stretched enough to where my arms lay comfortable next to me and I look forward to using this pillow before bed. Please try if you have a similar issue!!
