Greater than one weekI was expecting to get some minimal relief but what I got was complete relief only after 3 days of using for 10 mins each day. I have been seeing a chiropractor and receive adjustments and traction for my herniated discs and straightening of my cervical spine. This product has offered me more relief than her continued treatment. I am amazed!!! I don’t ever write reviews but for this product I had to. Thank you!!

Greater than one weekI suffer from chronic vertigo ever since I contracted a viral infection (over a year ago) that attacked my inner ears and was subsequently rear ended while being taken to a doctors appointment. 2021 wasn’t great. Since then I’m never sure if the dizziness comes from my ears, brain or neck. So I bought this on a whim just to see if it could provide some relief. So far I’ve used it once and was really surprised by how much better my neck felt. I’m looking forward to using it again. But I’ve got to say I really did feel my whole spine realigning during use and a few days after. It’s made from a sturdy foam and feels like it will be too hard for your neck but once you lay your neck upon it, it gives way and is sturdy but quite comfortable. It gently stretches your cervical spine. I’m 5’5” and had a little difficulty centering the foam curve along the curve of my neck. But with some shifting, I did get it centered. I think you could potentially hurt your neck with this if you use it incorrectly so follow instructions please. All in all, it seems like a good product and I think over time it will help with my tension headaches based at the base of my skull/neck. And it will help with pain left over from car accident. I hope it will help with my vertigo. But jury is still out on that. It’s not expensive so give it a go!

> 3 dayI have a dowager (hump) on the back of my neck. It sounds awful but many people have one. This device helps to relieve the pressure between the discs. I use it a few times a week or when my neck or back bothers me:)

Greater than one weekYkes, started to notice the development of a forward head tilt and rounded shoulders posture (together with a creeping increase in the frequency and intensity of tension headaches!) — given the increasing amount of time having to spend in front of computer screens and personal devices, I can well imagine fast-forwarding 10 years down the road & seeing myself permanently locked in an exaggerated iHunch posture, with chronic neck pain & recurring brutal headaches! (omg, looking & feeling like my complaining grandpappy!) Countering this alarming health trajectory was the motivating factor behind the purchase of this traction device (as well as a multitude of other similar, but tested & returned, products) . Since receiving the Restcloud traction device, I have been using it for 3 times daily (approx. 10 mins each session) for the past 6 weeks... and my verdict, thus far? — its been really effective for me! When I first started out, my shoulder (esp. pec/scalene/levator scapulae muscles) were sooo darn tight, that even while lying supine my shoulders were still rolled forward — the muscular tension being so taut that it prevented the breadth of my entire upper back from lying appropriately flattened against the floor surface! Due to the amount of dysfunctional baseline tension, initial stretching sessions targeted to relax those habitually tense areas totally failed to feel comfortable or relaxing! Initially, while in the recommended stretch position, I could even feel my arms becoming mildly numb & tingly (probably caused by the brachial plexus being compressed by especially tight pectoralis minor muscles)! But I stayed disciplined with my self-prescribed daily stretching routine (plus, also kept extra focus on maintaining good posture habits throughout the day)... and now about 6 weeks later, I can totally feel a significant drop in the baseline level of dysfunctional tension being carried in my neck, shoulder, upper body areas! The personal results Ive gotten so far is enough to convince me into making stretching with the Restcloud traction device as part of a necessary, daily, well-being maintenance hygiene routine — just like brushing my teeth and eating a healthy breakfast! Stretching has been a no-brainer-easy & gentle process — I dont have to futz around with any complicated contraptions (omg, has anyone else experienced the fun of trying to work one of those neck traction hammock thingys???), nor get locked into some kind of time-suck routine! So you bet Im clearly a fan of this lil traction device. Hope this review helps other peeps trying to find effective countermeasures against their own iHunch related issues!...or maybe we should all just unite and collectively ditch our computers & personal devices?!? ;D (Usage Tip: to achieve an optimum shoulder tension release — I found it most effective to follow the stretching posture as depicted in the included direction-graphic, and to also CONSCIOUSLY focus on keeping the shoulders relaxed while at it)

> 3 dayI got one of these devices to help with chronic neck pain. Its good to use on an as-needed basis to help stretch out my neck. It stays put well but can sometimes be a little difficult to find just the right spot to relieve the pressure.

> 3 dayThis has not only helped my neck and that awful, ugly hump but it has helped my son with his neck pain. It’s a bit uncomfortable when using but it’s not intolerable and it is worth the discomfort. Beware your dog may mistake it as a toy so put it up when you’re done.

> 3 dayI had 2 side-impact car accidents within a year, 19 years ago. I have had chronic nagging neck pain on one side just under that bony ridge at the back. Sometimes its so bad STILL that I cant stand it. I have tried everything. PT, cortisone injections, acupuncture, years of chiropractic, thousands of massages, every possible type of pillow, ointment, Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, heat, ice, even biofeedback. It is a stable, constant companion with episodes of screaming pain. Ive tried traction in various manifestations but it tends to only inflame the area. BUT I bought this silly little thing anyway. 10 min per day the first few days, now I can do it several times a day if I want. It actually relieves those screaming episodes! I want to cry Im so stunned! It may actually help in the long run if I put the time into using it several times a day religiously. Ill update if thats the case. But right now, this is the most precious thing I own! I dont know if this particular size and angle just happens to fit my neck perfectly so maybe it may not work for everyone, but you can adjust it up or down your spine to get it so you are looking straight up at the ceiling while lying on your back. Thats what I do. I know there are other silent screamers out there and I want you to know this is definitely worth a try. All these years, all that money and this tacky pink plastic contraption is all I needed.
