I have been using this product for a couple of months. I tend to have tension/pain in my neck and shoulder that flares occasionally. This product does help stretch the area and reduces some of the pain. My posture has improved somewhat but Im not sure I can credit the device. Ive also just been more aware of my posture since I ordered the device. My husband attempted to use the device but wasnt able to get any stretch (hes a tall guy with an already curved neck). My son has used it as well, he gets a stretch but posture improvements have been inconclusive.

You have to do this consistently to get the desire results. It definitely helps with stretching your back and improving your posture. The downside is it can activate headaches. Im hoping the headaches will subside the more I use it and the more my back and neck get stretched.

This is amazing product. I use it a couple times a week for my neck issues that have been debilitating and painful.

After using this for a few days my neck feels better. Initially I tried lying on it a little longer than the recommended 10 minutes at a time because it was so relaxing but I felt just slightly dizzy afterwards. The tiny acupressure knobs are not 100% comfortable but my guess is that the body will adjust. I will update this review after a month of use.

Seems to have helped my wifes neck pain

Ive had neck pain on and off for years. This recent bout was due to an almost fall where I awkwardly caught myself jarring my neck and shoulders. My daughter has this I tried it and felt sone relief. Purchased one for myself and just after a couple of days of using for 5 at a time.... I am much improved. It is very firm.

Feels like its helping regain curve in my neck. I lie on this 1 hour a day and my arms dont go numb when I sleep any more.

Does as intended. It has helped me after long hours in front of a computer and need to stretch my back/neck.

I was expecting to get some minimal relief but what I got was complete relief only after 3 days of using for 10 mins each day. I have been seeing a chiropractor and receive adjustments and traction for my herniated discs and straightening of my cervical spine. This product has offered me more relief than her continued treatment. I am amazed!!! I don’t ever write reviews but for this product I had to. Thank you!!

Sitting at a computer all day most days developing neck discomfort. This truly helps release the strain.
