First off Id like to say that Im 511 tall and used to have rather large boobs. I was able to get a reduction in my mid 30s but the indentions from my bra and the crooked neck still hung on. Ive been so self conscious of my tech neck that I had planned to see a chiropractor. After scheduling that I saw a news story about a girl who got paralyzed trying to get her neck popped. So me being me...I canceled that appointment and looked to the internet for help. Help has arrived! I have only used this neck pillow 2 days in a row for 10 minutes at a time and let me tell you.... I have a neck! I thought for years my neck was short... or screwed up forever... but this product has helped more in just 2 days than I had ever expected. I will try to update after I use it 30 days...but so far I am really impressed

It works. Feel less pain. Had a bad sprain on my left. Strengthens my neck a little better. It takes time to improve your neck but better than pillows . It’s only for exercise for ten minutes. Not for sleeping. Thank you.

I have had ulnar nerve entrapment at the shoulder since I broke my arm 3 years ago. I have done countless hours of PT, I do yoga, I still do my nerve glides, but it pinches when I lay down. 4 days of using this thing has brought me relief. I almost can’t believe it. I have done 10 mins every day for 5 days and today it feels so much better. This is worth trying for sure if you have neck, shoulder or back pain. It really does work.

I didnt read the instructions and Im glad I didnt. Broken ribs at 26 made my spine do the twists 4 years ago so I have related back pain. Best 30 year old present I couldve gotten myself sadly but true! Ive been using this bad boy once a day before bed to relax muscles and sometimes in the mornings if its bad when I wake up. I dont use it more than 10-30 minutes at a time but Im so happy Ive been putting in the time with it. Dont use neck to get up, use your abs. Absolutely fabulous device. Im so much more flexible and relieved. The only bad thing? Disappointed that I havent ordered this sooner!

I originally got this because I’m starting to get a dowagers hump and I wanted to correct it. So far, no improvements there sadly. I do think it helps with neck tension and pain though, so it has its purpose.

At the end of a long day sometimes I have a lot of tension in my neck. Since I cant get a massage every time this happens I have been looking for a solution so I decided to try this after seeing a review on YouTube. I have been using this for about 10 minutes each time. I can feel the tension begin to release and my neck start to relax. There are actually two sides: The first side is a gentler stretch, but if you turn it 180 degrees its more aggressive. I start out with the gentle side and then use the more aggressive side for an additional 10 minutes and I feel a lot better. The only problem with this is finding the 20 minutes to spare, actually!

Im amazed at what this little thing does. If I sleep crooked on my neck I can get instant relief by laying on it for 10 minutes. (It is recommended to not use for more than 10 minutes at a time). I have already recommended it to friends.

I work on a computer all day and I carry all of my tension and stress in my neck. I have tried so many different things to relieve the tension, but the only thing that ever made a difference was manual massage (which is expensive and inconvenient) until I found this. This helps take the tension off my neck immediately and has even helped relieve headaches. I really didn’t expect this to work as well as it does.
