> 24 houreye use this because I had a pinched nerve in my neck. I cannot get relief from anything, and I ended up using this quite a bit for a few weeks. It was one of the only things that give me relief.

> 24 hourI expect that how well it works depends on the individual and their issue. Ive had some neck and nerve issues (numbness in left side) from an old neck injury. Tried it a few times. It was slightly uncomfortable, which I dont mind, but more importantly, it didnt seem to help much. Not sure that it makes a difference that I am significantly bigger than the woman in the pictures, and it doesnt span the length of my neck the way it does for her. I updated my rating to 4 stars, however, because the customer service was wonderful in reaching out to me.

> 24 hourUpdate: I promised to update, so here I am. MRIs show herniated discs in the neck. Neurosurgeon and rheumatologist gave this item the okay, though they didnt ask me much about it aside from looking at it. They didnt tell me to Stop using it, so I continue to do so when I can carve out the time. And isnt that really the issue? Finding a scant 10 minutes to give our bodies whats needed is somehow difficult when I can carve out 10 minutes to update a review. Priorities are out of whack, but Im helping others so theres that as a positive. No ridiculopathy after all, but the rest is still accurate. The biggest issue I have with this is that my head will Not stay 2.5 off the ground no matter how I try. I might mention that I Could have hypermobile Ehlers Danlos - having a tough time getting someone to assess for it. That just means Im extra flexible in useless places (elbows, neck, thumbs, pinkies), and my joints are looser than they should be. As such, my head is about 1 finger width off the ground when Im using this. Original: Ive had neck and shoulder issues since the age of 25. No accidents, just chose poorly from my gene pool. Arthritis, stenosis, spondylosis, ridiculopathy, thoracic outlet syndrome (had MRIs yesterday on 4 areas for the diagnosis of the last one - will correct if its something else - and to get the lay of the land with the rest), disc degeneration . . . I think thats everything. I just did my 10 minutes and Man did that hurt my arms, yikes! I can take a lot of pain of varying sorts, but the stretching variety I dont tolerate well. My fingers started doing all sorts of weird twitching and dancing so I released some of the tension by lowering my arms from a football field post configuration to more of a W kind of position. That was Intense! I have been assigned the stand with your back to the wall and slowly raise your arms as youre pressing them against the wall, exercise, and that is highly uncomfortable as well. With time it should get better. Having described the arm discomfort (to severely understate, ha!), my neck does feel better. I still have the sensation of my muscles being tie downs for my jaw, but it did release a little. Ill take it after nearly 25 years of pain! A little is a lot when you live with this day in and day out. For comparison, I have an inversion table. I feel more relief from this than I do my inversion table, and at 5% of the cost its an Excellent place to start. The inversion table does help with the rest of my spine, but the neck and shoulders are where I have the most tightness and trouble. If I reach under my car seat wrong, I wont be able to move my head more than an inch for three weeks. Ill do my best to return after a couple weeks of using this for an update. I tend to forget to use things if I start feeling better so no news is good news! PS: I got the blue sea monster variety.

> 24 hourIm amazed at what this little thing does. If I sleep crooked on my neck I can get instant relief by laying on it for 10 minutes. (It is recommended to not use for more than 10 minutes at a time). I have already recommended it to friends.

> 24 hourOnly a few days in to using it daily but starting to feel improvement for sure. It’s a little stiffer than I thought it would be but if you just start gradually your neck starts to loosen and the discomfort went away.

> 24 hourRestcloud definitely elongates your neck. Do not use more ten minutes just like instructions tell you. (I fell asleep) not the right way to use Retcloud especially, as I have sleep Apena and move around a lot when at REM sleep. I have a lot less pain. I am talking to back - neck surgeons, who recommend surgery, but time will tell me what to do. Some relief from intense pain, so I have time to decide.
