> 3 dayLets start off with the good; the vac does a good job doing what its supposed to- vacuuming. The mop is ok- it basically gets the floor wet,it does not get anything like stains up. The downside: I named mine Jr because like a child, it can not be left alone for long-maybe to take a call in the other room, but not for long. And I would certainly never leave it unattended, such as leave the house. Frequently I have to either take over manually to get it to the next area of the house. Or, what I now find easier, is to pick it up and carry it there. Then start it up again, because the manual mode is very slow driving. I was expecting it to learn the house but I am guessing this model does not have that feature. I have found startng it in a different location that I initially had It, did improve its performance in regards to more floorspace being covered without intervention. Overall: vacuums well, but often has trouble navigating around on its own. Sometimes it does better than others , but I cant think of any time I havent had to help Jr along to get the area completely covered. If you dont mind having a helper that you have to occasionally monitor and correct then this is a good product. If youre looking for something where you can just leave it alone and let it do its thing. Im not sure this has a capability. Maybe my house is just more complex than I expect. But I did not find myself able to do that. Additional note: this vacuum definitely does not get 150 minutes as advertised. I would say close to an hour, before it announces it needs to recharge because its battery is low.

> 3 dayThis replaces a much-loved but old Shark robot. It forgot how to find the charger, and it was time for robot heaven. Reviews on this unit seemed real (unlike some others) and said what i needed to hear. After getting it the day after ordering, i unboxed it (nice sustainable packing material) and plugged it in to charge. The instructions were thorough and understandable, tho clearly NOT written by a native english speaker. The wifi didnt link at first - but when i followed instructions and put the unit close to the transmitter, it worked first time. (doh!). It did a great job mopping the kitchen (first time in 2.5 years). It then swept the dining room and hallway, collecting LOTS of cat hair, kibble and random dirt. At the lowest setting or while returning to the charger, it was EXTREMELY quiet, as it was on low and on normal suction level. When i turned it to max, the Tikom was about as loud as the old Sharks volume when on normal suction. Not bad at all. The design and construction were excellent. It feels very solid, and lots of its features show attention to detail in the design. Lots of thought went into it. For example, when the removable water tank and attached mop pad holder are installed (very easily) the sweeping function is automatically disabled. After mopping my small kitchen, the battery was still basically full. It comes with a spare mop pad, a set of 4 brushes, extra HEPA filter, etc. Emptying the dirt container is easy. The hinged top cover swings up, and lifting the handle of the dust bin unlocks it. Push a button on the side, and it empties itself. Replacing it is a snap. The only thing the Tikom DOESNT do that the Shark did that i miss a little bit, is the happy little beeping song of achievement the Shark made when it docked at the charging station. To the Tikom, returning to the charger is not worth bragging about - its more of modest Just doing my job attitude.

> 3 dayThis vacuum and mop is the bomb! It takes a few time for it to map out your area but when it does it doesnt take too long. I remove the rugs on the floor except for the area rug. The small rugs it can get hung up on but the area rug it go perfectly over. Doesnt get stuck under my chair so thats great. I dont need the magnetic strip for the stairs either. It senses the stairs and turns around. When it is done it goes back to the charging unit. The mop is cool but it is only for a clean up during the week I still mop at the end of the week to make sure floor is actually clean. I do have 2 laborador retrievers and it picks up hair very nicely and the suction is powerful. You can adjust the settings for suction. The app is very useful. If the vacuum gets stuck you can manually drive it out of the area from your phone. It come with a remote too we dont use that though. Kids used it when we got it like a remote control car haha. But after the fun we were over it. I absolutely would recommend this to dog owners and people with kids. I have not tried on a fully carpeted room but bare floors it works great.

> 3 dayWith six kids and three dogs my floor is always dirty! I like the idea of daily sweeping, but with our schedule that is not reality. I was against the idea of a robot vacuum as I have never hired anyone to clean my house and considered it a luxury. I bought because the price point was amazing. I had no idea what to expect, but I am thrilled with the purchase. Andrew (I have no idea why my 12 yo named him Andrew) gets more dog hair and dirt than you can get with a broom. He gets in nooks and crannies very well. I start the cycle when we head to bed and wake up with a clean floor. I also run the mop part every night. In the morning the dirt bin is full and the water is empty. I still mop with my shark once a week as we bring in a lot of dirt. It is an easy mop as there is no dirt. It has gotten used to our downstairs and is more efficient than at the beginning. I brought it upstairs and was surprised it worked up there too - I guess I thought it would just have memory for one floor. Upstairs gets swept and mopped once a week. I have two bedrooms with carpet. It picked up dog hair and maybe some dirt. It got stuck under a dresser drawer and a trundle bed - I am guessing that the carpet makes it easier to get stuck?? It is amazing on my hardwood and the bathroom tile.

> 3 dayGot only one problem. Never knows how to go back home, i tried with the home base lest than 5inch far and went around the room looking for the base. Have no sense. Its really good detecting walls and surfaces and almost never hits anything.

Greater than one weekIf replacement parts were easy to purchase this thing would be 5 stars. Long battery life and easy to take apart and clean. For the price you aren’t going to find a better robot vacuum.

> 3 dayI did extensive research on which brand to get and I settled on this one after reading reviews and product details. I love that it has excellent suction and the battery lasts a very long time. I like that I can press a button on the robot to start automatic cleaning but I can also use the remote or the app on my phone. The magnetic strip to delineate areas to avoid is also a game changer. I had a couple of questions and reached out to support and they got back to me quickly and were super helpful. Ive yet to use the mopping feature but I use the vacuuming multiple times a week and every time I get to happy I finally got this. I also love how it has led to a cleaner house since it gets under pieces of furniture (bed, couch, tables) that I could never clean manually without it being a huge hassle. In short, this robot is excellent and I highly recommend.
