Never owned a robot vacuum, and Im glad I went with this one to get me started. Very pleased with this purchase. The suction could be a touch better, but I have two dogs so the floors are typically a mess. Overall, very satisfied with how clean the floors are after the vacuum does it thing. Noise level is about as loud as a box fan, which I dont mind, but again, the dogs dont love it. Oh well. I havent found a need to use the remote yet, so no opinion on that. Its easy to start the cleaning cycle by pressing the on button, and the vacuum goes back to its charger once the floor is completed. You can download the app too if you want to operate the vacuum away from home, but I havent had the need for that yet either.

After doing a lot of research to find a good robot vacuum and mop it became obvious that the Tikom robot would be the best value buy. For a long time I thought that if I wanted a good robot vacuum I would have to spend $500+, I now know that that is not the case. I also really liked the modern looking a sleek design of this robot vacuum. I opted to buy the Tikom model with the stronger suction and I’m so happy that I did, especially because I have two pets (a cat and a dog). Every time I run it I am shocked by how much dust/dirt it picks up. If you’re a cat owner you know how annoying it can be to have to constantly sweep up cat litter. Thankfully the Tikom has no problem vacuuming up my cats litter. Also, I really like that it runs in straight lines instead of moving randomly like other robot vacuums. Because of this, I feel like it gets a more thorough clean without missing any spots. It has no problem going under the couch or any beds, which is great since those aren’t usually places that I clean myself. Since I have a very open concept home I didn’t think the mapping feature that some more expensive vaccines have was necessary. All in all it’s perfect for my two bedroom apartment!

UPDATE 12-1-22 - Still working great and did purchase a second one for my basement area that is working great as well. Bought this one to replace my Shark ion 725 that had recently broke. I was not a huge fan of the Shark Ion since it was purchased so i knew i wanted to look for another manufacturer and came across this Tikom. The suction power and reviews made it stand out to make my short list. I have been very glad so far. Super easy directions to follow and setup. Same with the App i installed on my iphone. So far i have ran this a handful of times and it does not have the issues my previous Shark ion did. For example old Shark would push small mats in front of sink, for example until it is pinned they would go on top and vacuum so you also have to put mats back after running. That has not happened once with the Tikom. It goes right on top of the mat without moving it. Pros - Love the App, great suction, doesnt seem to get hung up at places my old one would Cons - I have not ran this on carpet so I have no feedback. I bought this strictly for the Kitchen Hardwood area Conclusion is I would buy again and may buy another one for my basement.

Nice product for nice price. Frees up my time to do other things. Many cool features & options. Can use the app., remote control or vacuum buttons. UPDATE: unfortunately, after only a few uses, the Mapping feature no longer works. The Tuya app crashes when the Mapping is feature is selected.

This replaces a much-loved but old Shark robot. It forgot how to find the charger, and it was time for robot heaven. Reviews on this unit seemed real (unlike some others) and said what i needed to hear. After getting it the day after ordering, i unboxed it (nice sustainable packing material) and plugged it in to charge. The instructions were thorough and understandable, tho clearly NOT written by a native english speaker. The wifi didnt link at first - but when i followed instructions and put the unit close to the transmitter, it worked first time. (doh!). It did a great job mopping the kitchen (first time in 2.5 years). It then swept the dining room and hallway, collecting LOTS of cat hair, kibble and random dirt. At the lowest setting or while returning to the charger, it was EXTREMELY quiet, as it was on low and on normal suction level. When i turned it to max, the Tikom was about as loud as the old Sharks volume when on normal suction. Not bad at all. The design and construction were excellent. It feels very solid, and lots of its features show attention to detail in the design. Lots of thought went into it. For example, when the removable water tank and attached mop pad holder are installed (very easily) the sweeping function is automatically disabled. After mopping my small kitchen, the battery was still basically full. It comes with a spare mop pad, a set of 4 brushes, extra HEPA filter, etc. Emptying the dirt container is easy. The hinged top cover swings up, and lifting the handle of the dust bin unlocks it. Push a button on the side, and it empties itself. Replacing it is a snap. The only thing the Tikom DOESNT do that the Shark did that i miss a little bit, is the happy little beeping song of achievement the Shark made when it docked at the charging station. To the Tikom, returning to the charger is not worth bragging about - its more of modest Just doing my job attitude.

After two weeks of comparative research among different brands of robot vacuum cleaners, I bought the Tikom G8000 Pro. I gave it to my daughter to try since I’m only visiting and do not live here. After the first cleanup with the Tikom G8000 Pro, both my daughter and I fell in love with it! Its cleaning is immaculate. It’s user friendly and easy to set up. Even the mopping function is surprisingly effective! Equally important is the customer support service, which exceeded my expectations. I am a fully satisfied customer and highly recommend the Tikom G8000 Pro to anyone who wants to enjoy a clean home using a really smart robot vacuum and mop!

I purchased this vacuum to replace the Brand R that was old and ready to go away. The price was right, features were right, but I had never heard of Tikom. I took a chance. The lower height was a big plus, because the old one frequently got stuck under cabinet fronts. The Tikom was getting stuck under a few pieces of furniture, but I compensate by adding weather stripping or furniture pads to prevent this. This unit is much quieter that my previous robot vacuum, and the battery runs the unit for almost 3 hours, even though it is only supposed to last two hours. Performance exceeds performance of my previous robot vacuum in every area that matters. I have not used the mop feature, and probably will not. I may decide to try the App and Voice control, but I doubt it. One suggestion for improvement is that the dust bin should be larger. It picks up more dust and dirt than my previous vacuum, but the dust bin is not any bigger, maybe smaller. All in all, I am very pleased with my Tikom. We named her Donna.

My house has been constantly clean due to this robot vacuum. It is a lifesaver. However, the mopping pad is too thin to mop well. Because I love the vacuum suctioning power, Im not returning it. Instead, I bought an Irobot M6 that specializes only in mopping.

The unit itself worked ok for a week or so. Mapping function is unimpressive, but it was nice to be able to use the Wi-Fi to start it remotely. It was also nice to control the suction power and some other features remotely. After the first week, the unit would stop working and state the main brush was stuck. When inspected, there would be no obstruction. With a simple push of a button, the unit would then run again for a 10-20 minutes before repeating the issue. No amount of cleaning or disassembly could fix it. To be clear, the unit would encounter this problem in the middle of hardwood floor. The mopping function seemed gimmicky-you can only use water and the tank is small. I doubt anyone would purchase this for that function, in any event. It did not seem smart. My old unit would bounce around and eventually clean a good amount of floor space, I never expected it to clean the entire floor. This unit spent more time going over the same area again and again. It did not seem to be learning from its tracks. As a positive, and when working, it did seem to pick up a lot of hair and debris. I ended up returning it.

I was tired of my old robot vac from the name brand company and when a sale happened, I decided to get a new one. After a lot of searching, I ended up selecting this Tikom one. I was curious to try one that had a mop function, plus I appreciated that it had a lot more suction power listed than my old one. Fast forward to today and I am so happy I made the purchase! My carpets havent looked this clean since before I got my two cats. It easily fills the bin every day and runs a good amount of time before running out of battery. It is persistent and will tug your cords out if you dont put them up somewhere. I also recommend picking paper up off the floor or it will look a bit crumpled. Only a couple of spots where it may get stuck under the couch, but otherwise clears obstacles pretty well. The thin design allows it to get to a few more spots than my old one did. It also does a much better job of getting the corners and getting everywhere! It is also so much quieter than my old one. Sometimes I dont even hear it when it is in the same room as me. Best of all, it usually makes it way back to home base (the other one rarely did). I have yet to try the mop function as I have a mix of carpet and laminate flooring, but I am looking forward to the day I test it. I also have not played around too much with the app functions and the remote, but it does pretty well for me not probably setting the best settings. I do have it set to auto-clean every day. If you are looking for a new robot vacuum, then definitely give this one a look! For the price, it does a pretty great job.
