I have four robot vacuums. This one is the best so far. More powerful than others. Mop works well, but it doesn’t scrub at all, just wipes. I use the mopping feature each time to keep up with the need to mop.

I wish I had found my new best helper years ago! As a dog lover my pets are my kids but their hair drove me to think maybe a robot vac could alleviate my stress? The decision to buy this one was a dream come true. Check the suction if you are also buying one. I think my choice of a Tikum was the best.

We got this as a second robotic vacuum, deciding to give a different brand a shot for our kitchen floors from the Shark we got the first time around for our carpet. So far we are very impressed with how well this thing works. It seems to map its progress around space far more intelligently than our first vacuum (which seems to have the logic of a potato built in). This one rarely if ever gets stuck and the grabber arms do a fantastic job getting into corners. Battery life wise we are also extremely impressed, this thing just goes on seemingly forever on a single charge. The mop feature doesnt work with any kind of cleaning solution, so its basically a hot water wipe for your floors. This isnt exactly ideal, I would really like to see them come up with a version that lets you use a cleaner of some sort, but for a daily or semi-daily routine it does a great job cutting down on the dog fur and dust, which was our main goal. Overall this does exactly what we got it for and hopefully the company continues to progress its units. We tried it on the carpet to run a comparison vs. our first one, it doesnt do quite as well, but is still pretty good. This ones also built specifically for hard floors though, so take that with a grain of salt, we just did it to see how well it did because we were curious. Wed definitely buy this again, especially for the price. Hopefully it proves to be durable in the long run, we use the heck out of our vacuums, so time will tell. But, if it holds up I definitely can see myself buying future models from this company, especially as they make better and better units going forward.

I bought this for the upstairs part of my house which is designed like a mini apartment. This vacuum cleans a half bath, office, and bedroom very quickly and doesnt skip a beat! its pretty good with noticing barriers and working itself around them although it has gotten caught on a charger that was dangling off my nightstand and has tried to climb the shelving of my L-shaped desk. Putting the barrier tape did help with the desk but definitely be sure to make sure loose things are out of its grab such as dangling wires or your items may go with it! Overall, this is an easy to clean robot/mop that allows me to save so much time on household chores being a full time employee and soon to be masters student. 10/10 would purchase again

I love this vacuum. Still figuring it out but it picks up well! Mopping even works on my wood floor even though it doesn’t pick up real dirty spots but it gets the layer of dust and pet hair off. I’m enjoying using it. No more back pain!

I’ve only had it for abt a month, but so far it does a wonderful job. Honestly, this is a high quality vacuum for the price listed! It does an amazing job sucking up pet fur and dirt and is fairly quiet. The instructions that come in the package are very user friendly. Highly recommend!

This Tikom is amazing its not loud and does it’s job. The only thing is the mopping, , we can’t put anything in the water, it’s plain water, no scent. I still give it a 5 stars.

The almost twice as expensive Shark AI mop & vac with mapping technology, could never map my house correctly and would totally miss sections of rooms. It also always got stuck on a small 3 drop down into the living room, but this one does that also. Although the mopping on this unit is pretty lame (water only) and it has issues making its way back to the dock to recharge, I def. do like this machine more. It gets a lot of pet hair, comes with a remote and is easy to use. I highly recommend the Tikom Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo.

(Not paid review) The robot vacuum cleaner exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds! This is my first time purchasing a robot vacuum cleaner. I always thought they were just a novelty item and boy o boy was I wrong! The thing is very methodical in its cleaning process. If I didnt know better, I would think the thing is trying to impress me! F.Y.I I use it to vacuum tile floors that get very dusty on a regular basis! GET IT!
