(Not paid review) The robot vacuum cleaner exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds! This is my first time purchasing a robot vacuum cleaner. I always thought they were just a novelty item and boy o boy was I wrong! The thing is very methodical in its cleaning process. If I didnt know better, I would think the thing is trying to impress me! F.Y.I I use it to vacuum tile floors that get very dusty on a regular basis! GET IT!

I purchased this vacuum to replace the Brand R that was old and ready to go away. The price was right, features were right, but I had never heard of Tikom. I took a chance. The lower height was a big plus, because the old one frequently got stuck under cabinet fronts. The Tikom was getting stuck under a few pieces of furniture, but I compensate by adding weather stripping or furniture pads to prevent this. This unit is much quieter that my previous robot vacuum, and the battery runs the unit for almost 3 hours, even though it is only supposed to last two hours. Performance exceeds performance of my previous robot vacuum in every area that matters. I have not used the mop feature, and probably will not. I may decide to try the App and Voice control, but I doubt it. One suggestion for improvement is that the dust bin should be larger. It picks up more dust and dirt than my previous vacuum, but the dust bin is not any bigger, maybe smaller. All in all, I am very pleased with my Tikom. We named her Donna.

The specs looked impressive and there were plenty of positive reviews so I gave it a shot. For a couple months, I was thrilled with it. I got into my routine of making a pass around the house to collect random dog toys each evening and he would happily wander around the house the next morning. He wasnt a fan of the little bathroom carpets (a thick shag style mat) so we learned to keep the bathroom doors. We went along happily like this for a couple months, then he got sick. He started running the same area over and over and running in circles. I couldnt find anything that actually specifies the warranty on this vacuum, so I emailed their tech support. They requested a video of what he was doing so I sent it over. They replied that it was working normally. We had used it every day for months and it was absolutely not normal. I explained that and sent more videos of him wandering aimlessly in circles. They again told me it was normal. So all I could do is request an exchange through Amazon. I returned him and the new one arrived. Upon setting up and charging the new one, it instantly made a an awful grinding noise from the main roller. I pulled the roller and checked for obstructions. Nothing was found, but I noted that the bearings had a definite tight spot that wasnt present on the previous vacuum. I gave it a couple weeks hoping it would smooth out and quiet down. Instead, it got continually louder. Disappointed yet again, I returned it and started the search for a different brand. At the end of the day, when it worked it was pretty good. Sucked up an impressive amount of dirt even when I thought the floors were clean. Had plenty of battery life to vacuum all the areas I wanted done. On the normal suction setting it was quiet enough to not annoy you too much. Pretty easy to maintain and even include a little brush/cutter for cleaning the roller. So when it works its great, you just have to hope for one that works.

UPDATE 12-1-22 - Still working great and did purchase a second one for my basement area that is working great as well. Bought this one to replace my Shark ion 725 that had recently broke. I was not a huge fan of the Shark Ion since it was purchased so i knew i wanted to look for another manufacturer and came across this Tikom. The suction power and reviews made it stand out to make my short list. I have been very glad so far. Super easy directions to follow and setup. Same with the App i installed on my iphone. So far i have ran this a handful of times and it does not have the issues my previous Shark ion did. For example old Shark would push small mats in front of sink, for example until it is pinned they would go on top and vacuum so you also have to put mats back after running. That has not happened once with the Tikom. It goes right on top of the mat without moving it. Pros - Love the App, great suction, doesnt seem to get hung up at places my old one would Cons - I have not ran this on carpet so I have no feedback. I bought this strictly for the Kitchen Hardwood area Conclusion is I would buy again and may buy another one for my basement.

So far I’m loving this little guy. He’s my new best friend! My floors have never been cleaned. I have two cats and foster dogs, so animal hair gets pretty crazy around here, and I really hate sweeping, and a normal vacuum is cumbersome and tends to blow hair around. I haven’t played with many of the features yet, such as mopping or carpet boost because I haven’t needed to. I have all hard flooring with some rugs and it cleans them all. It usually runs for an hour and a half or more before it needs to charge (and covers all seven rooms of the main level), I let it charge up for a couple of hours, and run it again. The only downside I see is that it’s doesn’t find it’s way back to the charge if it’s too far away, but that’s fine by me. I take the time to empty the dust bin and clean the roller, then set it down in the same room as the charger and tell it to go charge. There’s a lip in the floor one of my rooms that close to an inch high. The vacuum gets stuck on it, sometimes it can get over, sometimes it can’t, but I don’t think that’s the vacuums fault. Otherwise it transfers between all the different flooring effortlessly. It sores under the couches seamlessly, which is fantastic, because let’s face it, there is no way I can clean under them with a standard vacuum. Basically, I love this thing. It’s always been my dream to have a robot vacuum (this is not a hyperbole), and on a drunken whim one night I ordered this and couldn’t be happier!

Bought for my parents Christmas gift. They are 90. Remote obviously doesnt work through walls and around corners but they think it should. Otherwise I cant find a problem with it. They have hardwood floors so no mopping function is needed even though it is available. It goes under furniture and couches. Gets everything cleaned. They love to watch it roam around and head back home to charge and they can empty it.

I bought this for myself for Christmas. I absolutely love it! I have 2 large dogs, 4 cats and 2 kids....and it keeps up with all of it. Picks up hair and kibble with ease. Its also easy to clean and comes with a tool to cut hair out of the brush if necessary. It has definitely helped a lot and Im thinking about getting another for the basement!

I didnt expect much out of this vacuum, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well it works on non-carpet flooring. It will go over low pile area rugs but doesnt really get the dog hair off. It doesnt do well on thicker or shaggy carpeting at all. I only use the mopping feature as a means to reduce dust, not to actually clean the floors. The water tank is very small. The brushes are long so they get along the baseboards well. Worth the money for sure!

I have a Corgi. A very hairy Corgi. The Tikom Robot Vacuum and Mop has helped cut down on the amount of hair tumbleweeds so much that I am amazed. I have another brand of robot vac that I quit using because it would always get stuck and didn’t do a very good job. With the Tikom, I just let it run every day for it’s entire battery life (which is also quite good) and I’m impressed with the amount of hair and dirt that it finds even when I think my floors are already clean. It lost one of its little side brushes yesterday, but fortunately it comes with a replacement set. I also contacted their customer service via email to order more and they were very responsive, getting back to me in less than a day. I’m throwing away its shipping box, because there is No Way I’m returning this!!

Also, I really like that it runs in straight lines instead of moving randomly like other robot vacuums. Because of this, I feel like it gets a more thorough clean without missing any spots. It has no problem going under the couch or any beds, which is great since those aren’t usually places that I clean myself. Since I have a very open concept home I didn’t think the mapping feature that some more expensive vaccines have was necessary. All in all it’s perfect for my two bedroom apartment! heir support is very good as well. The mop feature doesnt work with any kind of cleaning solution, so its basically a hot water wipe for your floors. This isnt exactly ideal, I would really like to see them come up with a version that lets you use a cleaner of some sort, but for a daily or semi-daily routine it does a great job cutting down on the dog fur and dust, which was our main goal. Overall this does exactly what we got it for and hopefully the company continues to progress its units. We tried it on the carpet to run a comparison vs. our first one, it doesnt do quite as well, but is still pretty good. This ones also built specifically for hard floors though, so take that with a grain of salt, we just did it to see how well it did because we were curious. Pros: Great suction, works on pet hair, good run time, determined when stuck & can untangle itself, app works well, notifications on my phone, vacuums efficiently by mapping the floor, doesnt fall down stairs, respects (magnetic strip) boundaries, no issues going from carpet to tile to an area rug, easy empty dust bin, includes a brush/hair cutting tool built in, and not too loud.
