> 3 dayI bought this for the upstairs part of my house which is designed like a mini apartment. This vacuum cleans a half bath, office, and bedroom very quickly and doesnt skip a beat! its pretty good with noticing barriers and working itself around them although it has gotten caught on a charger that was dangling off my nightstand and has tried to climb the shelving of my L-shaped desk. Putting the barrier tape did help with the desk but definitely be sure to make sure loose things are out of its grab such as dangling wires or your items may go with it! Overall, this is an easy to clean robot/mop that allows me to save so much time on household chores being a full time employee and soon to be masters student. 10/10 would purchase again

> 3 dayPicks up all the pet hair and mops. The battery lasts 3x longer than my last robovac and does a far superior job. My last vac was the most well known. One down side the app for it is junk

Greater than one weekI have a Roomba but wanted a similar option with the mopping mode. I am pleased with my purchase - I would sake that the Tikom has similar sanction power as the Roomba. I have several dogs and cat and when cleaning the bin after it cleans, it appears that the Tikom is cleaning just as well. It is the mopping aspect that I am unsure of. It indicates that you should only use water Vs a cleaning solution so basically it is a damp wrap that is being dragged along behind after Tikom vacuums. So this is better than nothing but not sure if I can tell that the damp cloth dragged behind so to say is such a benefit. I have the tikom set to a daily timer and the overall function is very reliable; the machine is very well made; and easy to clean.

> 3 dayI really liked this product but had to return it. The instructions on what it can and cant do are spot on. I liked the low level sound it made when it was working and being able to set a timer for cleaning. Unfortunately i have some no- go zones in my house and not enough strips and I didnt want to purchase them either. I also have carpets on my vinyl that are not recommended for use with this robot.

> 3 dayWe got this as a second robotic vacuum, deciding to give a different brand a shot for our kitchen floors from the Shark we got the first time around for our carpet. So far we are very impressed with how well this thing works. It seems to map its progress around space far more intelligently than our first vacuum (which seems to have the logic of a potato built in). This one rarely if ever gets stuck and the grabber arms do a fantastic job getting into corners. Battery life wise we are also extremely impressed, this thing just goes on seemingly forever on a single charge. The mop feature doesnt work with any kind of cleaning solution, so its basically a hot water wipe for your floors. This isnt exactly ideal, I would really like to see them come up with a version that lets you use a cleaner of some sort, but for a daily or semi-daily routine it does a great job cutting down on the dog fur and dust, which was our main goal. Overall this does exactly what we got it for and hopefully the company continues to progress its units. We tried it on the carpet to run a comparison vs. our first one, it doesnt do quite as well, but is still pretty good. This ones also built specifically for hard floors though, so take that with a grain of salt, we just did it to see how well it did because we were curious. Wed definitely buy this again, especially for the price. Hopefully it proves to be durable in the long run, we use the heck out of our vacuums, so time will tell. But, if it holds up I definitely can see myself buying future models from this company, especially as they make better and better units going forward.

> 3 dayLet me start off by saying i don’t know how I ever dealt with my floors before this thing. I have two pitbulls that shed like crazy everywhere and I felt like I was constantly sweeping and vacuuming. This little machine picks up SO MUCH fur and dirt that they carry into my house. I honestly was not expecting it to work as well as it does. Even on my carpet, it picks up everything. I use it every day and I’m obsessed. I will never go without one ever again.

> 3 dayI love this thing! Run it every day at least twice a day, its powerful enough to collect medium and small crumbles, its low profile allow for.ir to go under certain furniture others - pricier robots- cant. Im happy with my purchase, I would purchase again. The one thing I wish last longer is the battery, but it still runs for over an hour at max suction with one charge. Very satisfied!

> 3 dayPros & Cons at bottom of post I am surprised that this robot vacuum found dirt to pick up after I used my normal push vacuum. It decided it was time to head back to the base at 16% battery. I was VERY impressed with how much it picked up on a light traffic floor of the house with 1 cat. While it will go over coax cable, make sure to pick up any unsecured cables on the floor. It managed to untangle itself several times due to my laziness and curiosity of how it would handle different obstacles. Also, a 2 meter long CVS receipt *almost* managed to clog it. However, the little vacuum kept going. Receipt trailing behind. The app is simple and easy to use. I use the carpet boost option, as it will be going from tile to carpet. My personal opinion, max suction is a waste of battery for hard floors; yet great for my low & medium length carpets. I fully charged the vacuum before use (as the instructions state to do). It took around 4.5 hours for a full charge from 16% battery. Pros: Great suction, works on pet hair, good run time, determined when stuck & can untangle itself, app works well, notifications on my phone, vacuums efficiently by mapping the floor, doesnt fall down stairs, respects (magnetic strip) boundaries, no issues going from carpet to tile to an area rug, easy empty dust bin, includes a brush/hair cutting tool built in, and not too loud. Cons: Will wedge itself under some 3 spaces (sofa, table, chair) and become stuck (but easily fixed with a magnetic boundary), the cat doesnt ride on it like Ive seen in those adorable videos, the app has a location access nag screen (but the app can still be used without enabling location)
