I have an older Roborock & a Roomba i3, and this one is the best of them all. Its powerful, and the dust bin being on top is way easier to clean out than side-loading Roomba i3 dust bin. It has two side brushes, a pair of extra side brushes, an extra filter, boundary strip tape to block off areas you dont want the vacuum to go. It also has thoughtful additions like a tiny brush/razor located right near the dust bin, to use if there is too much hair on the main vacuum brush - because it has its own little spot inside the vacuum, it wont get lost. Ive lost a bunch of these and this is a simple feature I appreciate! They also give you some double sided 3M tape to keep the vacuum dock in place. My Roomba dock would constantly move around, I never realized to do such a simple trick to keep it in place. I likely wont use the mopping feature, but Im glad its there in case I want to try it. Volume wise, its about as loud as the other vacuum robots Ive tried. The app is a simple & clean interface, easy to use. All in all, good value and great competition to the big brand names out there!

This vacuum is excellent! I have heard mixed things about robot vacuums before and some top brands, really expensive have bad reviews also, which has been discouraging. I finally decided to try this brand and loved the reasonable price. Started using it on day one and I have to say I am glad I purchased this. It does a pretty good job on my wooden floors, and even when I dont see any hairs or dust, the vacuum manages to grab a lot. The mopping feature is great since I clean my house once a week and can keep it even cleaner throughout the week with this robot. I can take care of my baby while the vacuum is doing its job :)

I bought this for myself for Christmas. I absolutely love it! I have 2 large dogs, 4 cats and 2 kids....and it keeps up with all of it. Picks up hair and kibble with ease. Its also easy to clean and comes with a tool to cut hair out of the brush if necessary. It has definitely helped a lot and Im thinking about getting another for the basement!

I did a lot of research before buying the robot. I am very happy with it. The app let me set up the schedule and it cleans 3 times a week. The mopping works great as it leaves the floor very shinny. I definitely recommend this product.

My partner was very skeptical about the vacuum but it proved it wrong, the vacuum works very well picking dog hair and dirt.

Works incredibly well but if you’re trying to figure out what the catch is…The app is ok, but there is a disconnect from what the vacuum is mapping vice what the app shows/stores. My vacuum needed to be reset since I had to move the base because it would get very confused in my house. Reset does not work, tried deleting the app, took the battery out of the vacuum, etc. Be prepared to use the manual control to guide it back to its base!

I did extensive research on which brand to get and I settled on this one after reading reviews and product details. I love that it has excellent suction and the battery lasts a very long time. I like that I can press a button on the robot to start automatic cleaning but I can also use the remote or the app on my phone. The magnetic strip to delineate areas to avoid is also a game changer. I had a couple of questions and reached out to support and they got back to me quickly and were super helpful. Ive yet to use the mopping feature but I use the vacuuming multiple times a week and every time I get to happy I finally got this. I also love how it has led to a cleaner house since it gets under pieces of furniture (bed, couch, tables) that I could never clean manually without it being a huge hassle. In short, this robot is excellent and I highly recommend.

Deliver red quickly and excellent value for the money. Exceptional suction compared to other vacuums. Mopping is the basic dragging of the mop pad over the floors so no scrubbing action and only removes surface dirt when mopping. I spray Linen spray on the floors prior to running in so it spreads the fragrance around. So while the vacuum power is great, the mopping is just average. Really great at finding its way around but gets stuck on chairs and stools with slanted legs sometimes. Also, always finds its way home but starts the search for the charging base at about 17% and takes some time to find it, so you don’t really get the full battery potential. Still, better than Robot and some Roborock models which often can’t get to the charger before dying. At least Tikom does, eventually. Would be the perfect robot vacuum/mop combo at three times the price with improved mopping/scrubbing capability and better find base capability. Also, the manual setting (so you can move it right, left etc) does not work at all. But overall, excellent vacuum

I’m obsessed with having my floor clean. I don’t allow shoes in the house. And you need to clean your feet w a wipey if they’re dirty. I hate dirty feet on my furniture and bed so every single night I swept and mopped. I thought there had to be something out there that mopped for me. There is! And it’s at such a great price!! I can’t believe I didn’t get this sooner. Saves me so much time. You have to prepare the room just like if you were to sweep and mop (pick up small rugs, roll up sides of huge rugs, and of course pick up clutter) but it does it for you. I prepare a room at a time, place it on the floor, turn it on, Shut the door, and it’s done! My mudroom is notorious for dirt. I throw all the rugs and mats in the washer. Place the tikom to clean, shut the door and my whole Laundry room is squeaky clean again and I didn’t have to do a thing. Saves so much time I’m in love. I have no complaints. It picks up everything and actually mops with a lot of water. Enough water to soak dried up dirt and swipe clean but not so much water that it takes forever to dry. Amazing.

Edited: **Cleans exceptionally well. The run time is so long that it goes back and keeps cleaning until the battery runs low. I have 2 dogs and 3 kids and my floors are spotless.Definitely need to do a few trial runs to find where it likes to get stuck and correct the problem but then it’s perfect!** Cleans well but needs baby sat. It likes to get stuck in areas where my old one would turn and back out. If there’s a place to get stuck, it will find it. I’ve raised my sectional and closed off my bathroom( it likes to get lodged between my toilet and wall) and tucked all wires away and it can now get through a whole cycle without getting stuck.
