> 3 dayThe almost twice as expensive Shark AI mop & vac with mapping technology, could never map my house correctly and would totally miss sections of rooms. It also always got stuck on a small 3 drop down into the living room, but this one does that also. Although the mopping on this unit is pretty lame (water only) and it has issues making its way back to the dock to recharge, I def. do like this machine more. It gets a lot of pet hair, comes with a remote and is easy to use. I highly recommend the Tikom Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo.

> 3 dayI did a lot of research before buying the robot. I am very happy with it. The app let me set up the schedule and it cleans 3 times a week. The mopping works great as it leaves the floor very shinny. I definitely recommend this product.

> 3 daySo far I’m loving this little guy. He’s my new best friend! My floors have never been cleaned. I have two cats and foster dogs, so animal hair gets pretty crazy around here, and I really hate sweeping, and a normal vacuum is cumbersome and tends to blow hair around. I haven’t played with many of the features yet, such as mopping or carpet boost because I haven’t needed to. I have all hard flooring with some rugs and it cleans them all. It usually runs for an hour and a half or more before it needs to charge (and covers all seven rooms of the main level), I let it charge up for a couple of hours, and run it again. The only downside I see is that it’s doesn’t find it’s way back to the charge if it’s too far away, but that’s fine by me. I take the time to empty the dust bin and clean the roller, then set it down in the same room as the charger and tell it to go charge. There’s a lip in the floor one of my rooms that close to an inch high. The vacuum gets stuck on it, sometimes it can get over, sometimes it can’t, but I don’t think that’s the vacuums fault. Otherwise it transfers between all the different flooring effortlessly. It sores under the couches seamlessly, which is fantastic, because let’s face it, there is no way I can clean under them with a standard vacuum. Basically, I love this thing. It’s always been my dream to have a robot vacuum (this is not a hyperbole), and on a drunken whim one night I ordered this and couldn’t be happier!

> 3 dayI have a Corgi. A very hairy Corgi. The Tikom Robot Vacuum and Mop has helped cut down on the amount of hair tumbleweeds so much that I am amazed. I have another brand of robot vac that I quit using because it would always get stuck and didn’t do a very good job. With the Tikom, I just let it run every day for it’s entire battery life (which is also quite good) and I’m impressed with the amount of hair and dirt that it finds even when I think my floors are already clean. It lost one of its little side brushes yesterday, but fortunately it comes with a replacement set. I also contacted their customer service via email to order more and they were very responsive, getting back to me in less than a day. I’m throwing away its shipping box, because there is No Way I’m returning this!!

> 3 dayThis replaces a much-loved but old Shark robot. It forgot how to find the charger, and it was time for robot heaven. Reviews on this unit seemed real (unlike some others) and said what i needed to hear. After getting it the day after ordering, i unboxed it (nice sustainable packing material) and plugged it in to charge. The instructions were thorough and understandable, tho clearly NOT written by a native english speaker. The wifi didnt link at first - but when i followed instructions and put the unit close to the transmitter, it worked first time. (doh!). It did a great job mopping the kitchen (first time in 2.5 years). It then swept the dining room and hallway, collecting LOTS of cat hair, kibble and random dirt. At the lowest setting or while returning to the charger, it was EXTREMELY quiet, as it was on low and on normal suction level. When i turned it to max, the Tikom was about as loud as the old Sharks volume when on normal suction. Not bad at all. The design and construction were excellent. It feels very solid, and lots of its features show attention to detail in the design. Lots of thought went into it. For example, when the removable water tank and attached mop pad holder are installed (very easily) the sweeping function is automatically disabled. After mopping my small kitchen, the battery was still basically full. It comes with a spare mop pad, a set of 4 brushes, extra HEPA filter, etc. Emptying the dirt container is easy. The hinged top cover swings up, and lifting the handle of the dust bin unlocks it. Push a button on the side, and it empties itself. Replacing it is a snap. The only thing the Tikom DOESNT do that the Shark did that i miss a little bit, is the happy little beeping song of achievement the Shark made when it docked at the charging station. To the Tikom, returning to the charger is not worth bragging about - its more of modest Just doing my job attitude.

> 3 dayIf replacement parts were easy to purchase this thing would be 5 stars. Long battery life and easy to take apart and clean. For the price you aren’t going to find a better robot vacuum.

> 3 dayI purchased this vacuum to replace the Brand R that was old and ready to go away. The price was right, features were right, but I had never heard of Tikom. I took a chance. The lower height was a big plus, because the old one frequently got stuck under cabinet fronts. The Tikom was getting stuck under a few pieces of furniture, but I compensate by adding weather stripping or furniture pads to prevent this. This unit is much quieter that my previous robot vacuum, and the battery runs the unit for almost 3 hours, even though it is only supposed to last two hours. Performance exceeds performance of my previous robot vacuum in every area that matters. I have not used the mop feature, and probably will not. I may decide to try the App and Voice control, but I doubt it. One suggestion for improvement is that the dust bin should be larger. It picks up more dust and dirt than my previous vacuum, but the dust bin is not any bigger, maybe smaller. All in all, I am very pleased with my Tikom. We named her Donna.

> 3 dayAfter much deliberation I purchased this guy to replace my Neato D5. It is so nice to have a vacuum that does what it’s supposed to do. Despite daily vacuuming with the Neato, the first time I ran this one I was floored (haha) by the amount of dust it picked up. The coolest thing is that you can track it real-time in the app as it cleans, so when it got stuck the other day I was able to use the manual clean cycle to maneuver it just enough to get it unstuck so it could continue on with its journey. I don’t intend to use the mop cycle, but am very impressed with the vacuuming cycle.

Greater than one weekI have never had a robotic vacuum before but after hearing a neighbor talking about how good hers was at picking up pet hair I decided to give one a try. I have a yellow lab and a husky/shiba, both are big shedders. I can not compare this to any others but it works great for me. It works at night through the house & gets all of the dog hair. Then through the day I let it clean the bedroom floors. The 1st time or 2 I used it I had to stop it in the middle of cleaning to empty the dust bin, it was so full, but now it cleans every other night so that has not been an issue. This is not a mapping vacuum but seems to get everywhere. I am very happy with it!

> 3 dayMy house has been constantly clean due to this robot vacuum. It is a lifesaver. However, the mopping pad is too thin to mop well. Because I love the vacuum suctioning power, Im not returning it. Instead, I bought an Irobot M6 that specializes only in mopping.
