> 3 dayGood for the money, but the boundary strips you have to put down on the floor are pretty ugly and definitely make me wish I had just got a Roomba. But then again this is literally 1/4 the price so it depends if you can afford better. If not this does the job but you also spend a lot of time getting it unstuck and pulling kids toys and socks and whatever else my kids leave on the ground for this to get stuck on. But, then again my floors are pretty clean and I dont have to do it, so, theres that.

> 3 dayWe got this as a second robotic vacuum, deciding to give a different brand a shot for our kitchen floors from the Shark we got the first time around for our carpet. So far we are very impressed with how well this thing works. It seems to map its progress around space far more intelligently than our first vacuum (which seems to have the logic of a potato built in). This one rarely if ever gets stuck and the grabber arms do a fantastic job getting into corners. Battery life wise we are also extremely impressed, this thing just goes on seemingly forever on a single charge. The mop feature doesnt work with any kind of cleaning solution, so its basically a hot water wipe for your floors. This isnt exactly ideal, I would really like to see them come up with a version that lets you use a cleaner of some sort, but for a daily or semi-daily routine it does a great job cutting down on the dog fur and dust, which was our main goal. Overall this does exactly what we got it for and hopefully the company continues to progress its units. We tried it on the carpet to run a comparison vs. our first one, it doesnt do quite as well, but is still pretty good. This ones also built specifically for hard floors though, so take that with a grain of salt, we just did it to see how well it did because we were curious. Wed definitely buy this again, especially for the price. Hopefully it proves to be durable in the long run, we use the heck out of our vacuums, so time will tell. But, if it holds up I definitely can see myself buying future models from this company, especially as they make better and better units going forward.

Greater than one weekAfter doing a lot of research to find a good robot vacuum and mop it became obvious that the Tikom robot would be the best value buy. For a long time I thought that if I wanted a good robot vacuum I would have to spend $500+, I now know that that is not the case. I also really liked the modern looking a sleek design of this robot vacuum. I opted to buy the Tikom model with the stronger suction and I’m so happy that I did, especially because I have two pets (a cat and a dog). Every time I run it I am shocked by how much dust/dirt it picks up. If you’re a cat owner you know how annoying it can be to have to constantly sweep up cat litter. Thankfully the Tikom has no problem vacuuming up my cats litter. Also, I really like that it runs in straight lines instead of moving randomly like other robot vacuums. Because of this, I feel like it gets a more thorough clean without missing any spots. It has no problem going under the couch or any beds, which is great since those aren’t usually places that I clean myself. Since I have a very open concept home I didn’t think the mapping feature that some more expensive vaccines have was necessary. All in all it’s perfect for my two bedroom apartment!

> 3 dayGot only one problem. Never knows how to go back home, i tried with the home base lest than 5inch far and went around the room looking for the base. Have no sense. Its really good detecting walls and surfaces and almost never hits anything.

> 3 dayUPDATE 12-1-22 - Still working great and did purchase a second one for my basement area that is working great as well. Bought this one to replace my Shark ion 725 that had recently broke. I was not a huge fan of the Shark Ion since it was purchased so i knew i wanted to look for another manufacturer and came across this Tikom. The suction power and reviews made it stand out to make my short list. I have been very glad so far. Super easy directions to follow and setup. Same with the App i installed on my iphone. So far i have ran this a handful of times and it does not have the issues my previous Shark ion did. For example old Shark would push small mats in front of sink, for example until it is pinned they would go on top and vacuum so you also have to put mats back after running. That has not happened once with the Tikom. It goes right on top of the mat without moving it. Pros - Love the App, great suction, doesnt seem to get hung up at places my old one would Cons - I have not ran this on carpet so I have no feedback. I bought this strictly for the Kitchen Hardwood area Conclusion is I would buy again and may buy another one for my basement.

> 3 dayNever owned a robot vacuum, and Im glad I went with this one to get me started. Very pleased with this purchase. The suction could be a touch better, but I have two dogs so the floors are typically a mess. Overall, very satisfied with how clean the floors are after the vacuum does it thing. Noise level is about as loud as a box fan, which I dont mind, but again, the dogs dont love it. Oh well. I havent found a need to use the remote yet, so no opinion on that. Its easy to start the cleaning cycle by pressing the on button, and the vacuum goes back to its charger once the floor is completed. You can download the app too if you want to operate the vacuum away from home, but I havent had the need for that yet either.

Greater than one weekLets start off with the good; the vac does a good job doing what its supposed to- vacuuming. The mop is ok- it basically gets the floor wet,it does not get anything like stains up. The downside: I named mine Jr because like a child, it can not be left alone for long-maybe to take a call in the other room, but not for long. And I would certainly never leave it unattended, such as leave the house. Frequently I have to either take over manually to get it to the next area of the house. Or, what I now find easier, is to pick it up and carry it there. Then start it up again, because the manual mode is very slow driving. I was expecting it to learn the house but I am guessing this model does not have that feature. I have found startng it in a different location that I initially had It, did improve its performance in regards to more floorspace being covered without intervention. Overall: vacuums well, but often has trouble navigating around on its own. Sometimes it does better than others , but I cant think of any time I havent had to help Jr along to get the area completely covered. If you dont mind having a helper that you have to occasionally monitor and correct then this is a good product. If youre looking for something where you can just leave it alone and let it do its thing. Im not sure this has a capability. Maybe my house is just more complex than I expect. But I did not find myself able to do that. Additional note: this vacuum definitely does not get 150 minutes as advertised. I would say close to an hour, before it announces it needs to recharge because its battery is low.

> 3 dayPros & Cons at bottom of post I am surprised that this robot vacuum found dirt to pick up after I used my normal push vacuum. It decided it was time to head back to the base at 16% battery. I was VERY impressed with how much it picked up on a light traffic floor of the house with 1 cat. While it will go over coax cable, make sure to pick up any unsecured cables on the floor. It managed to untangle itself several times due to my laziness and curiosity of how it would handle different obstacles. Also, a 2 meter long CVS receipt *almost* managed to clog it. However, the little vacuum kept going. Receipt trailing behind. The app is simple and easy to use. I use the carpet boost option, as it will be going from tile to carpet. My personal opinion, max suction is a waste of battery for hard floors; yet great for my low & medium length carpets. I fully charged the vacuum before use (as the instructions state to do). It took around 4.5 hours for a full charge from 16% battery. Pros: Great suction, works on pet hair, good run time, determined when stuck & can untangle itself, app works well, notifications on my phone, vacuums efficiently by mapping the floor, doesnt fall down stairs, respects (magnetic strip) boundaries, no issues going from carpet to tile to an area rug, easy empty dust bin, includes a brush/hair cutting tool built in, and not too loud. Cons: Will wedge itself under some 3 spaces (sofa, table, chair) and become stuck (but easily fixed with a magnetic boundary), the cat doesnt ride on it like Ive seen in those adorable videos, the app has a location access nag screen (but the app can still be used without enabling location)

> 3 dayThis is my first robot vacuum and so far I love it. I think people should see these robots as “helpers,” and not as replacements for regular deep vacuuming. I steam my floors every other week, so the mopping function is nice to wipe the floors down, and that’s all it does, so don’t expect it to remove stains! The only thing that I would complain about is that going back to its base could be better. The app shows where the base is, and yet the vacuum goes around and around, through all the rooms, and back to the same rooms it checked. Why doesn’t it follow its map?

> 3 dayUpdate: KEEPING IT although it wont return to station. I prefer to clean by hand (detergents) so mop feature not used & unimportant. Pros: QUIET; No pets or kids, little foot traffic. So cleans well for my needs. Have NOT used mop feature. Cons: Over 3 hrs and 2 headaches CANNOT get wi-fi to sync with mobile for audible alerts. Naturally, device gets stuck - furniture, etc. Took half day to find Tikom. Downloaded TuyaSmart. Now feel real dumb. Sorry, must return - cant connect wi-fi. Paying more for another device is well worth my sanity.
