> 3 dayThis was my first robot cleaner, the price was very reasonable and i was very happy with the purchase. Over all it did an okay job, since this is my first i am not very picky. The suction power is good but not for deep cleaning. I downloaded the App in the beginning but decided to delete it, because it seem only good to keep record of the time the cleaner worked. The remote control is not working, or i dont know how to use it . I think we are doing okay just charge the robot and put it to work wherever. I clean the machine every time after the cleaning is done, its easy to take the part out to clean. This cleaner is pretty quiet also.

> 3 dayAbout 6 months of use now and this has been my best vac yet. I have 2 other basic vac only robots. I really like this one because it does both mop and vac. Pretty much like all of my other VAX you have to make sure it doesn’t get caught up on a few things like cords or other large debris. I have a fairly large tiled area that this handles quite well. It will do spot cleaning, but I rarely use it for that. I find it’s best to do just regular maintenance at least once a day my floors are nice and clean without me, having to do it with a mop. When we get spills and other things like sticky stains, I pretty much will do that by hand. If you keep the mop clean, it will make your floors look nice and consistent. I utilize the app quite a bit and I like the information it provides on charge amount and approximate location, it even has a map feature. That kind of tells you what it’s done so far which I thought it was pretty cool. You can set three levels of vacuum strength, and also set water level or pressure that it releases. I have considered some other mopping options, but this does the trick for me, and I would definitely get another.

> 3 dayI had been using the cleaner for about 4 months now. I got to say that is almost perfect. Things I like: 1. The brushes are made in a way that long hair do not get caught on them like other brand cleaners, instead the hairs are moved and get caught by the roller under the unit and I think is better that way to prevent the Left/Right brushes to slow down or stop spinning. 2. The suction power is impressive while remaining relatively silence. I had much louder cleaners before this one. Im very pleased with the low noise. I can even using it on quiet nights. 3. The mop function works very nice and since this cleaner got mapping, it seems to cover most of the floor even when there are obstacles. I only wish I could use some detergent but since it says use clear water only, I had only used plain water and works well. 4. It got a large basket to gather the dust. 5. The water tank is relatively large enough to last several large rooms. 6. The mopping cloth can be remove and wash. 7. Since it got mapping, the cleaner can return to its base when got low battery, even when its very far away from the base. 8. The charge can last about 2 hrs approx. on max suction and it recharges relatively fast. 9. It got one Boundary strip and works nicely to avoid going to anywhere you do not want to. 10. It got a tiny brush hidden inside the unit for cleaning. 11. It got removeable filters. In General Im very pleased with this product and had helped me maintain my super big house clean. The only thing I would wish it got better is a better Wi-fi. It only support 2.4 Band and NOT 5.0 or 6.0, because of that I had not been able to use the app with it but so far it had done its job without it. People who are not very technological with phone apps can still use this unit very easy.

> 3 dayWe don’t have a massive house or apartment but the battery is somehow always out when we need it. The retaining capacity of the battery is very bad. In terms of function it does the work as required but what’s the point of that if you can’t use it when you want.

> 3 dayIm so glad that I finally bit the bullet and bought one. Ive only had it for a few days and I already can tell an improvement in my mental health. No joke. I never realized how much looking at crumbs all day triggered me. Im a SAHM and very pregnant right now and I just needed this in my life. I did. My 4 year old sheds crumbs everywhere she goes. God love her, I dont know how she does it. Its like they just roll off her shoulders all day or something. That, plus two cats, means I was sweeping like 8 times a day. And then like an hour later, the floor looked gross again. It really stressed me out. I held off on buying one of these because I assumed we had too many obstacles and I would constantly have to go save it or do too much cleaning beforehand to make it worth it. But it does a good job considering all thats stacked against it. We have a 1200 square foot house filled with about 800 square feet of junk. Are there areas that it misses or gets confused about? YES. Do I occasionally have to save it? Also, yes. But it is still worth it. It successfully cleans about 90% of the house with little interference from me and the battery life is more than enough. Some things Ive learned. Location of the charger dock matters. We had trouble with it not going in one particular room, but once we moved the port, it did fine. Wet the mop pad beforehand and put it the Robot damp. Less streaky that way. Mop feature BTW is nothing to write home about, but is good for in between heavy duty hand mopping. App is good, love all the different modes.

> 3 dayGreat vacuum. This vacuum is amazing and picks up alot. This has been our first smart vac and really enjoy the convenience of turnining it on and letting it do its job. The battery life is lasts for over an hour enough to pick up a large room.

> 3 dayWorks great for us! We have a large and open 1st floor with wood and a few area rugs on it. We have a dog that sheds a lot, so now we can run this little robot every day to get most of the dog hair picked up. The instructions are very good and it is easy to set up and connect to the wifi. The mobile app is also very good and helpful. It allows setting the different cleaning modes (we have only tried the normal cleaning mode, not the mopping one). It allows you to see a map of where the robot has already cleaned and set schedules for cleaning. I was also positively surprised how it gets itself unstuck from cables and other obstacles we have and how it does find its hidden charging station every time. In our house, it cleans for around 75 mins covering 900 square feet before needing to re-charge, which is almost all our 1st floor. It won’t replace all our own vacuuming, but it helps to just vacuum once a week and leave the daily job to this little robot. Wishes for improvements: You can mark off areas from the cleaning, but you need to use that special tape they give you, which is not a lot. It would be nice to be able to mark off things via normal blue paint tape or in the app. Since we have such a large cleaning area it would be nice to be able to divide it into two sections and have independent schedules for each one. But overall for the price, it is a great product!

> 3 dayI have only owned normal roombas before this and I really wanted something that mopped or would at least help with the upkeep of my floors. We don’t wear shoes in the house but somehow the floors are always in need of a mopping. They are mostly wood and vinyl in the kitchen. Or cement in the basement. Pros: 1) noise: this is a quieter robot than all but 1 other I’ve tried 2) intelligent programming: the functions even on random do a much better/smarter job of floor coverage than other bots I’ve used especially mopping where it generally goes in back and forth rows to cover the whole space 3) gentle: it is less rough about bumping into furniture and walls and does a good job going around legs of furniture making a nice circle. (We called another robot Agrobot and bully bot because it would shove furniture around and literally took off a chunk of paint on the corner of my cabinetry) 4) water quantity: this got the floors damp but not wet which is very important for wood especially and I could walk on them again about 20 minutes later without leaving footprints in the mop job 5) mop pad: the mop pad is the width of the vacuum (which is also a decent width and not as small as other models more like a roomba size) so it has better coverage. 6) cleaning tool attached: it comes with a little tool to cut hair and things off the vacuum roller that fits in right next to the collection bin. This was a great design choice 7) extras: they included extra of the front sweeper brushes, a filter, magnetic stripping to keep it out or off certain areas and even a small pack of zip ties to help keep your wires out of the tikom’s path. Cons: 1) receptacle size: the size of the collection tray isn’t large better than some but smaller than a vacuum only bot. It is good that it more separated than the one model I tried so it stays dry. The design is easy to empty. The water section is also very small but I haven’t had an issue with it running out in the about 700ish square feet where I run it. 2) No cleaning liquid: you’re only supposed to put water in the mop and there isn’t any option for somewhere to add a cleaning solution. This is true across all the mopbots I’ve tried so I just spray my cleaning solution straight on the floor, but it is a convenience I hope will be available on future models. 3) Home: it’s not the worst or the best at getting back on its dock. This seems to be a design flaw in robot vacuum in general though. Maybe I need to anchor the charger somehow so it can’t move. 4) Mop pad attachment: I have a hard time trying to get the pads looped over the 3 front pieces and velcroed flat on the pad, but it seems to work with other non proprietary pads as well so I’m happy enough with it. Overall I would recommend you try this if you want a mopping vacuum boy.

19-11-2024BTW, the unit performed well It got stuck under reclining chairs four times and managed to untangle itself once. I put the magnetic tape on the entrance to the Florida room because it can easily get there, but no way it is going to come back from there. I finally let it do the appartment on its own and when I got back, it was stuck behind the couch. I had forgotten to move one of the end tables to cut off that route. The second time I tried, it went perfectly all around the condo and we found the unit back in its station. My floors look shinier and the unit picks up a lot. We used every day and are surprised at the amount of dust and hairs it picks up, and we dont have a cat. Very happy with the product. I got in touch with Tikon because I couldnt find replacement parts. Thet sent me a link that shows that it is in back order and that they should have the parts in 5 to 10 days.
