> 3 dayI purchased this to replace another brand that just stopped charging. It arrived sooner than expected. After it charged I gave it a try. The first thing I noticed was how quiet it was. You can adjust the suction levels and even on the higher setting it’s not as loud as my other one was. I should’ve taken a picture of the dust bin & mop cloth after its first cleaning. It was amazing, & disgusting at the same time, how much dirt this thing picked up. I had to empty it once before it’s cleaning cycle was completed. And I love how easy it is to empty the dust bin. My previous one I had to actually pick up to empty. This one you lift the top and there it is. No picking the unit up at all. On a full charge it seemed to go about 50 minutes. The mopping fully charge seems to go about 30 minutes before having to recharge. But once it re-charges it goes right back to work. I don’t have to do anything. I did download the app which was easy and I managed to link it to my Alexa. It sweeps when I tell Alexa to sweep but I can’t get the mopping function to work (may be my fault since I’ve never set up a routine before). Now let’s talk about the navigation. My previous robot was all over the place. This one took about three or four cleanings and it developed a pattern and went in that pattern every single cleaning. It edged clean, it Cleaned the rugs & never skipped a beat. It came with a magnetic strip that I put in front of my front door threshold (because it kept getting stuck). Once I put that magnetic strip down it never got stuck again. I also put a strip down in front of our pet area so that it wouldn’t knock over water and food bowls. As far as the mopping goes it does say not to put cleaning solution in the unit that you should use water only. I was skeptical of this but after seeing the mop cloth I’m convinced that it is cleaning the floor. I just wish you could solution in it to make sure the floors are sanitized. All in all I am extremely happy with this purchase. The price was within my budget. My previous one cost $600 and I cannot tell a difference in the way they clean And I have the added bonus of a mop now.

> 3 dayGreat vacuum. This vacuum is amazing and picks up alot. This has been our first smart vac and really enjoy the convenience of turnining it on and letting it do its job. The battery life is lasts for over an hour enough to pick up a large room.

> 3 dayWorks great for us! We have a large and open 1st floor with wood and a few area rugs on it. We have a dog that sheds a lot, so now we can run this little robot every day to get most of the dog hair picked up. The instructions are very good and it is easy to set up and connect to the wifi. The mobile app is also very good and helpful. It allows setting the different cleaning modes (we have only tried the normal cleaning mode, not the mopping one). It allows you to see a map of where the robot has already cleaned and set schedules for cleaning. I was also positively surprised how it gets itself unstuck from cables and other obstacles we have and how it does find its hidden charging station every time. In our house, it cleans for around 75 mins covering 900 square feet before needing to re-charge, which is almost all our 1st floor. It won’t replace all our own vacuuming, but it helps to just vacuum once a week and leave the daily job to this little robot. Wishes for improvements: You can mark off areas from the cleaning, but you need to use that special tape they give you, which is not a lot. It would be nice to be able to mark off things via normal blue paint tape or in the app. Since we have such a large cleaning area it would be nice to be able to divide it into two sections and have independent schedules for each one. But overall for the price, it is a great product!

> 3 dayi love this vacuum and the great deal i got on it! i have two small dogs that shed so much and a 4 year old and a 5 month old so keeping the house clean was my number one priority. i used to have to sweep every morning like multiple times and it was so annoying. since i got this i just wake up before the boys, pick up anything big and set it in the living room and let it do it’s thing. it does take a few times for it to get the routine down and you to know the best place to start but after that it’s good. i can’t tell you how much stress that took off my plate with everything else. i love the home charger thing that comes with it too. it’s small but does the job. sometimes it takes a minute to find it but it gets there eventually. the mop feature is okay. it doesn’t get the tough spots but for being automatic about as much as i expected. anyways, it’s a good vacuum and if you keep it clean it will last!

> 3 dayit does a nice job with the vacuuming, but the mop only spreads water on the floor. Like putting wet rag on floor and dragging it across the floor. I have a rumba which I run first and the Tikom goes next. Cleans well and smaller than rumba so it gets into the smaller spots. Still trying to get comfortable with the remote and phone app. Just need time

> 3 dayThis robot vacuum is an amazing great buy. It performs nicely and gets the job done. It definitely is not loud and its voice commands will let you know what it is doing. On first use I had to move around the little over 6ft boundary strip provided to keep it contained in the cleaning area as we have an open level floor plan. It performed an A+ job on the flat surfaces (hardwood & vinyl) and carpet. We only had it since July 2022 but are glad we purchase it. It is truly a time saver and its battery life is good. Sine purchase we have invested in more boundary strip as I figured with 4 strips of 6ft, 5ft, 5ft, and 5ft I can make it clean any area or multiple rooms. We are also pleased that we can operate it with the remote that came with it or from its phone app. Still getting use to the app as I realize that you can create multiple rooms, but can only assign the robot vacuum to one room or the alternative is to assign it to all. The app is not a dedicated vacuum app as it is design for multiple devices (over 48). Other than this minor limitation in the app this was an awesome 1st purchase of a robot vacuum. Still have not used it to mop but expecting it to be a great experience based on how well it has performed so far.

Greater than one weekI have only owned normal roombas before this and I really wanted something that mopped or would at least help with the upkeep of my floors. We don’t wear shoes in the house but somehow the floors are always in need of a mopping. They are mostly wood and vinyl in the kitchen. Or cement in the basement. Pros: 1) noise: this is a quieter robot than all but 1 other I’ve tried 2) intelligent programming: the functions even on random do a much better/smarter job of floor coverage than other bots I’ve used especially mopping where it generally goes in back and forth rows to cover the whole space 3) gentle: it is less rough about bumping into furniture and walls and does a good job going around legs of furniture making a nice circle. (We called another robot Agrobot and bully bot because it would shove furniture around and literally took off a chunk of paint on the corner of my cabinetry) 4) water quantity: this got the floors damp but not wet which is very important for wood especially and I could walk on them again about 20 minutes later without leaving footprints in the mop job 5) mop pad: the mop pad is the width of the vacuum (which is also a decent width and not as small as other models more like a roomba size) so it has better coverage. 6) cleaning tool attached: it comes with a little tool to cut hair and things off the vacuum roller that fits in right next to the collection bin. This was a great design choice 7) extras: they included extra of the front sweeper brushes, a filter, magnetic stripping to keep it out or off certain areas and even a small pack of zip ties to help keep your wires out of the tikom’s path. Cons: 1) receptacle size: the size of the collection tray isn’t large better than some but smaller than a vacuum only bot. It is good that it more separated than the one model I tried so it stays dry. The design is easy to empty. The water section is also very small but I haven’t had an issue with it running out in the about 700ish square feet where I run it. 2) No cleaning liquid: you’re only supposed to put water in the mop and there isn’t any option for somewhere to add a cleaning solution. This is true across all the mopbots I’ve tried so I just spray my cleaning solution straight on the floor, but it is a convenience I hope will be available on future models. 3) Home: it’s not the worst or the best at getting back on its dock. This seems to be a design flaw in robot vacuum in general though. Maybe I need to anchor the charger somehow so it can’t move. 4) Mop pad attachment: I have a hard time trying to get the pads looped over the 3 front pieces and velcroed flat on the pad, but it seems to work with other non proprietary pads as well so I’m happy enough with it. Overall I would recommend you try this if you want a mopping vacuum boy.

Greater than one weekI purchased 6 month ago, I love this little vacuum and use it daily! I have recommended it to 2 of my friends now and they do as well. My boyfriend has another big name robot vacuum brand....and this one is better in every way. Quite, cleans better, more efficient, costs less, etc. I had to contact customer service recently for a minor issue and they were prompt and helpful. Definitely recommend!
