Vacumes and mops wells. Does seem to get stuck in certain areas but the suction is strong and this cuts down the time I spend sweeping and mopping my hardwood floor

We don’t have a massive house or apartment but the battery is somehow always out when we need it. The retaining capacity of the battery is very bad. In terms of function it does the work as required but what’s the point of that if you can’t use it when you want.

The vacuum itself works really well and captures a lot of dust and dirt on my floors. It is very fun to watch moving around the house and obviously saves me time. The mop function works fairly well, but you are only supposed to put water in it. So it won’t get your floors as clean as you would with a product. When using the mop setting, I wish it would stay away from my rugs. There is a carpet boost setting, so that it goes to a higher suction power on carpet. This function should be used to recognize when the mop head is on to avoid areas that have carpet. It isn’t the smartest because it gets really obsessed with certain areas and doesn’t go to other areas of the home. The app could use some improvement as well. When you use manual to get the vacuum into a certain room and then switch to smart clean, it doesn’t still recognize the location of the charging station. Overall, I would still buy it again, but wish it was a little “smarter”. I got it on an Amazon prime day and I see now there is a $20 coupon making it even less than what I bought it for on Prime Day. That’s unfortunate also.

probably a great product for a bigger house with very minimal furniture, and open spaces . I have a small place (1100 sq ft) and it was just a pinball bouncing from one piece of furniture to the next. getting stuck everywhere prompting me to get up from my desk and check where its stuck and readjust- all day.

This is the first robotic vacuum I bought; thoroughly research and decided to buy this one. We have a mid size dog and a cat; I was amazed at how much this vacuum picked up! When I received it I vacuumed first with the upright vacuum and then sent the robotic off and running. It picked up so much more even after vacuuming with the big vacuum. The instructions were very clear and includes an extra set of brushes and even a string cutter if something gets wrapped around the main brush. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because once in a while it gets stuck on the same path, going over and over the same strip of carpet. I can’t figure that one out, but heck, other than that it does a great job. Our house is quite large with two stories, and it saves me from having to lug the big vacuum up and down the stairs. Overall, I’m quite happy with the purchase.

    Greater than one week

it does a nice job with the vacuuming, but the mop only spreads water on the floor. Like putting wet rag on floor and dragging it across the floor. I have a rumba which I run first and the Tikom goes next. Cleans well and smaller than rumba so it gets into the smaller spots. Still trying to get comfortable with the remote and phone app. Just need time

Weve never had anything like this, pure novices. Two months in now though. The mop function sounded good but its pretty worthless. But we use it almost every night to dust up and its been great to have. No worries with stairs, it stops there. We do have some couches that it wants to go under and almost can so it often gets stuck there. But its great around the kitchen table, chairs, stools, rugs, even our foam mats in the kitchen, etc. Havent used the magnetic barrier because that seems a great nuisance and not really practical. If you could mark the territory and have it learn it, then remove the tape, then maybe. But it doesnt learn the territory. It maps as it goes to make sure its covering the area in a systematic way, but doesnt remember anything (which is reasonable because chairs could shift, or the base could). It sometimes can find its way home but not always. Since it has a map of where it came from, where its been, and where it is (I can see it on the handy app), I would assume it could head straight home when its done or low on charge or we send it....but it wanders around and struggles to find the base. Not a huge deal to pick it up and put it there when that happens, but its not ideal. I do like the app. The remote is fine for basic start/stop/go home, but manually driving it around doesnt work too hot.

Im in love. Its me, my boyfriend, and my dog in a pretty small studio apartment. Dirt builds up fast in that small of a space. I couldn’t keep up with the sweeping, not to mention i hated it, and we really couldn’t be sockless around the house because dirt would stick to our feet no matter how recently i cleaned. Enter this vacuum. For a budget option, its amazing. Im sure a more expensive one with more features would be nicer, but this one does the job pretty well. I haven’t connected to the app, but i really havent needed to. I run the vacuum once a day and mop every other day. It bounces around my entire apartment 3-4 times, declares itself done, and goes back to the charging pad. My floors are nice and clean, and it even gets under the furniture where I always ignored. Its not super quiet, but its not any louder than a dishwasher or a dryer or something. It does get stuck on rugs, so i pick up my small ones and shake them out before letting it run. The vacuum does push stuff around a bit. My dogs beds get shoved around for a while till it hits a more concrete barrier, and toys on the floor get pushed around (i do pick them up but my dog pulls them out again right away) sometimes it runs into things a bit hard, but usually it just gently bumps off and goes another way. I love that it vacuums and mops. It does take a little bit of maintenance, emptying the dirt and filling/emptying the water, but it comes with a cute little tool to brush the dirt out of the inside and to cut hairs wrapped around the roller. There weren’t any instructions on how to clean it so i had to poke at it a bit to realizing the top opens up for access to the dirt catcher. It does come with multiple mop pads so that you can wash one while you use the other.

This is my first ever robot vacuum, so I was taking a chance with it with the good reviews it has. It definitely is easy to use. The app and the remote are easy to use, and the app is easy to connect to. The suction power is great. We use the normal suction power level and that picks up everything. It has a strong suction level but dont even have to use that! It is also pretty quiet too, and I like that it has a filter and pretty good size bin for what it picks up. I would give it 5 stars, but Ive found that you really have to work with it to make sure it doesnt suck up things you dont want it to if you put it in auto mode and leave it alone to vacuum, like wires, pet toys, rugs, etc. Sometimes it gets lost and you definitely have to create boundaries for it so it can run by itself without issue on automatic mode. I live in an apartment and do have many obstacles that it can run into, which it learns very quickly about. But it definitely takes a little bit of learning your house so it doesnt get stuck in places and learning the vacuum. Overall, 4/5 because Ive had to work through some tech issues with it. But I like that it gets to places I cant with my vacuum. So planning to keep it! Hope this helps anyone curious about this robot vacuum!

We actually have an iRobot Roomba i8 for our house, but my wife wanted another robot vacuum cleaner that could mop. After doing her research, she decided to buy the Tikom G8000. She absolutely loves it. It checks off all the boxes on her list, plus its so much quieter than our iRobot. We have a toddler, so we can only have the iRobot on when the baby is awake. With the G8000, it doesnt matter when we turn it on. Sometimes its so quiet, were not even sure its working. Then we see it gliding across the floor. Also, my wife mistakenly tossed out some spare dust plates for the dust bin thinking it was scraps. We reached out to their customer service unit and they were extremely responsive and understanding. They took care of situation right away. Im telling you, for the price, you cant go wrong. The only reason why I gave them 5 stars is because I couldnt give them 6 stars. You know the old saying happy wife happy life!!!
