i suppose this will create a dvd easy enough but i got it to burn video_ts files and it just does not do so, even tho it claims it will. the directions have you choosing a menu option that doesnt exist and when i contacted suppport i got back a list of online sourses that i was instructed to plow through looking for a solution, my actual question was simply where was the menu option i was supposed to have because it sure isnt where it is stated to be

The program is ok thought the old Easy CD Creator was easier in use, especially in making jewelcasecovers, but im not a wizzkid so i might be wrong about this. Anyway, i dont like the program very much and rather work with Easy CD Creator 6, though i lost my code, so .......

This product is exactly what I needed. When I purchased my computer it came with Record Now! I wanted the Drag and Drop feature so I downloaded DLA. I had big problems it would not allow me to access the control panels of MY Computer and asked for a refund. I just purchased Easy CD and DVD Burning and it works like a charm. The installation went smooth. Since Ive read so many reviews about problems, I began by creating a restore point then I removed Record Now!. After that I followed the steps for installation and tested it out! So far no problems!

I purchased this program for a mere [...] dollars, but it came with a twenty dollar store rebate (which I have not received yet) All told it should only cost me ten dollars. That is a good thing since that is all its worth. The good news for me: 1. It is simple to use and provides an easy way to burn and copy CDs 2. It does have a simple sound editor 3. It does provide an easy to use way to convert old LPs to digital files The bad news: The label portion of the program is almost totally useless! I have not found a way to import song titles. You cant change the font color. When you try to print out a CD jacket, it prints it way to big to fit in a CD case. Combine this with an awkward interface and its junk. NOW FOR THE REALLY BAD NEWS: ROXIO SUPPORT IS DREADFUL! NOT SURE ID WANT TO SPEND MONEY ON THE EXPENSIVE PROGRAM BASED ON MY EXPERIENCES.

I wish I hadnt purchased this product. Once installed I was never able to get any of the features to run because of one error after another and finally my computer froze or hungup, and I had to run my computer in safe mode to get to the program and delete it, and then run a rebuild to get my computer back to where it was before the installation, and since this, my computer boots much slower than it did before I installed this program. Ive since purchased Nero and it works much better for me, it is a bit complicated. Ive also purchased a program from Avantrix, which I appreciate as a senior citizen because the language is not lofty of complicated it is the simplest program Ive ever used, for instance if you point to a disc format that it doesnt support, it simply fades out. Most of the thinking is automatic.

This product stinks. I have used several Roxio products and found that after they were aparently bought out, all product keys were dumped from their server in an attempt to make you purchase again, in otherword, legacy product, no support. A friend of mine gave me this unopened sofware and it is not XP friendly, I finally got it to work. I have home movies (DVD) on my hard drive and like to never have found why my hard drive was not accessibe by this software. In earier versions, the Roxio Disc Copier worked great but this one works different. You have to put a DVD in your burner and it will automatically bring up a disc Icon on your desktop. All you have to do then is drag the files over to the icon. There is a little flame next to the icon, click it to start to burn. I have done two home movies so far and they seem to work but I am not impressed. Like I said previously, after Roxio was bought by another company, everything went to crap. I will buy Nero from now on. I am tired of this.

One of the obnoxious features with this product is the Divx video software. When I first used it on an older XP system, it wouldnt do anything at all. I tried it on a newer 64 bit system running 2007, and saw similar issues. The Divx software informs the user it is a trial version, and soon a update windows begins constantly popping up. I have since deleted the Divx and related programs and use the ROXIO for simply creating DVD and CD copies. Doesnt seem worth the money - and the Divx stuff appears to be a GOTCHA!

This product is not one that Roxio provides technical support for and customer support is even worse. Do not buy any Roxio product.
