> 3 dayDont waste your money on this crap. First it is not user friendly in any way, shape, or form. Second it will burn files and folders for backup but there is no option for creating a system image (ghosting). I will switch to real player professional, at least they know how to create intuitive software. Too many programmers today create what they want and dont have the customer in mind when creating layouts, Roxio is obviously one of them. Unfortunately, opened software cannot be returned, so I guess I will just toss it in my fire pit and learn from my mistake. If you feel the need to waste your money, feel free to purchase this junk.

> 3 dayI only have one CD/DVD drive in my computer and it makes copying a bit more difficult, but the program works fine. I bought Roxio as I had it in my old computer and was familiar with it. Delivery was very swift and product all that I expected.

Greater than one weekThis product is exactly what I needed. When I purchased my computer it came with Record Now! I wanted the Drag and Drop feature so I downloaded DLA. I had big problems it would not allow me to access the control panels of MY Computer and asked for a refund. I just purchased Easy CD and DVD Burning and it works like a charm. The installation went smooth. Since Ive read so many reviews about problems, I began by creating a restore point then I removed Record Now!. After that I followed the steps for installation and tested it out! So far no problems!

> 3 dayEvery Roxio product Ive [tried] to use demonstrates that the big brains that develop such software [Im being kind], dont actually use it. If the product doesnt fall flat on the claims, destablize your system or freeze at random, it simply wont load/open after a given time, (always after the return period has expired). Roxio spends more time putting together a long list of fancy claims boxed in a fancy package than they do on actual product development, and it turns out to be junk -- not fancy at all. And customer service from Roxio? Customer service and Roxio should never be used in the same sentence -- thats enough to actually crack me up. I am genuinely perplexed as to how this money-grabbing operation referred to as Roxio stays in business, except on the repeated ignorance of the buying public.

> 3 dayThis product is not even named in the drop down menu on the Roxio website so you cant register it. If you cant register it, you cant contact customer service or get updates. Its a catch-22. You cant fix the problem about being unable to register it, because you are unable to register it. Because you cant register it, you cant get any online help about it. Since Roxios website does not recognize that this program exists, you cant even get information in frequently asked questions. If Roxio does not recognize that this program exists, then why should you buy it? Save yourself the grief.

> 3 dayI bought this because I had success with Roxio products in the past. This would have to be a lot better to rise to the level of junk. It is total garbage. Dont buy!!!

> 3 dayHorrible program. I read that it will burn DVDs supported by DVD players so I bought it. I couldnt import ANY of the media formats I tried. Itll let you select multiple types, but then throw an error that it cant use that format. Waste of money!
