> 3 dayI love the look of this sink. It has a generous size which is fabulous for cookie sheets and frying pans. The stainless is really attractive and the design is modern and structured-- more of square look like my new stainless appliances. I think the quality is really exceptional and at a great price point. The only thing Im not a fan of is that its pretty flat on the bottom. Its not like things in the sink just naturally flow into the drain. I spend a good amount of time spraying the sink down to get everything to head toward the drain. This is actually fine for me because I enjoy sudsing up my sink and washing it down, but if you dont enjoy this type of thing this particular design might not work for you. The stainless rack that goes on the bottom is super practical. I love how my sponges can drain and dry out on the rack, but I like the look of the sink better when I take the rack away.

> 3 dayWell, it didnt really save us from a remodel, but it certainly lets us avoid it for a few years. The house is 25 years old and the original Kohler ceramic 2-basin sink was driving us nuts. The finish was hazy, the undersides of the rim were rusting (dont ask me how), there were several old (bad) applications of silicone caulk around the edges, the disposal was on the prep sink side, forcing us to constantly manage a strainer on the larger basin side, the larger basin was too small to hold large pans, and we were constantly breaking dishes on the basin divider as wed move to put them in the dishwasher. After months of looking and thinking wed replace the sink as part of a remodel, I decided I wasnt willing to wait that long. I researched several brands and retailers (including local brick & mortar) and decided to go with this unit from Ruvati (thanks Amazon for your wonderful review system). We chose it for the heavier gauge stainless, the low profile rim, the large single basin, the 4-hole design, and the 5-star rating. Everything came as described. Packaging is great, with the sink being enveloped in a large fabric protector. Instructions are simple and straight forward. We love the new look and the sink works great for daily use. Weve lived with it a week and have no remorse. It even makes our tile counters look not-so-bad. And theres this cool and ever-so subtle V on the bank sink wall under the Ruvati logo that you only see when you glance across the sink. Its hard to describe, but we like it. All in, were liking our kitchen a lot more and dont feel quite so compelled to immediately invest in a remodel. Amazing what a difference a well designed sink can make... I installed the sink last weekend. Its really a 2-person job, but I managed it alone. My install took the whole weekend, but 80% of that was dealing with my specific kitchen conditions. If it had been a simple remove and replace, it could have been done in 2-3 hours. In my case, I had to remove and cut down a few pieces of tile from the counter widen the sink opening a half inch and make room for the Ruvati. I took the opportunity to replace two old cracked tiles next to the sink, then ground down all the grout on the adjacent counter, applied new grout, and sealed before installing. Tips for install: tape the mounting hardware to the basin before setting, to keep it out of the way while dropping into the hole. And figure out where your disposal and drain outlet will line up. I switched from a 2-basin and the new disposal location was right where the drain pipe came out of the wall. That added a trip to Home Depot and 3 hours to the job. We replaced the garbage disposal flange and gasket, but kept the old disposal. Looks new from the topside, still works great, and avoided a $200 upgrade. You can avoid all those things by hiring the job out, but I figure I saved $500 doing it myself.

> 3 dayI researched a lot of stainless steel sinks. We removed our old cement utility sink in the basement and my wife wanted a large sink to replace it. There are some oversized stainless steel sinks out there but many of them are ridiculously expensive. This sink does the trick. It is big! It is an overmount which allowed me to use a standard formica countertop. The 16guage stainless is beautiful! The packaging was soo impressive. I ordered it from Amazon and was worried about the shipping with UPS throwing the thing around and having it damaged. It was packaged in a heavy duty box (that we still have because my wife thinks we can use it for something else!!) There was foam around the sink and the sink itself was packed in a velvet-like bag. It was like opening a bottle of Crown Royal!!! Ruvati really took all the extra effort to pack this thing well. It was easy to install - there was a template to use for cutting my formica top and it dropped right in. It is a quiet sink. I love my Ruvati stainless steel sink!

> 3 dayMy wife said buy the largest sink that will fit in the cabinet. This sink is huge. You likely already know about the sound deadening coating and the thickness of steel are great but there are couple other noteworthy pluses. The sink strainer it came with is a basket you can easily pull out and empty into the trash. The packaging was amazing. This sink was well protected during shipping - make sure you dont accidentally throw out the template which is a white poster board looking thing. The installation was on par with any other top mounted sink Ive installed. My one word of warning is that this is a statement piece - mainly because of its massive size. People walk in the kitchen and walk directly to it and make some comment about being able to wash small adults in it or large dogs. I like the size as allows me to wash giant cutting boards and large pots with ease.

> 3 dayJust got this installed and I LOOOOVE it. Our previous double basin sink had curved corners and I was concerned that we might need to cut back the counter to fit this big guy, but it slipped right into place. The counter clips arent easy to attach due to tight clearances in a 36 inch cabinet--(be sure to attach the clips to the sink itself before you set the sink in place)-- but as others mentioned, some wood blocking makes the ones at the back edge more stable. This sink is so much bigger and more functional than our old one that I can hardly get over the fact that it doesnt occupy any more cabinet space. If you wanted, you could easily bathe two preschoolers in it at the same time.

> 3 dayThis sink has met or exceeded our expectations. I have had it installed for almost 5 months and it has been a major improvement over my previous sink. The dimensions of the basin allow us to clean large pans like our wok and slow cooker with ease. My biggest concern with a stainless steel sink was noise, but its honestly very well insulated/dampened and its really quite minimal. This sink paired beautifully with a new faucet (the American Standard 4175.300.075 Colony Soft Pull-Down in stainless steel), which we bought at the same time. Installation was not difficult and the sink has held up nicely against wear and tear so far (5 months). The grate insert is a nice touch to keep plates/glasses elevated so theyre not drenched in the water and bits of food below. Id confidently recommend this sink to all those in the market for a quiet and simple-looking stainless steel sink with good quality at a fair price.

> 3 dayI needed a nice, functional and eye appeasing sink in my newly designed garage. This sink meets all of my needs. I didnt want a large fiberglass sink because Ill be mostly washing my hands and dirty rags and it would be an eye sore. The sink arrived with no damage. It was packed to prevent any shipping problems. I am especially thankful to the customer service Ruvati offers its customers. When I received the sink I noticed the mounting clamps were too short. I called Ruvati to explain my problem and they had the longer clamps mailed and in my hands within 3 days. I received them in time for the installers to do their job without disruption. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would buy a Ruvati sink again.

> 3 dayBought this for our sons new house. At this time sink had to be replaced and not replacing countertops at this time so had to go with the 33. It is just truly fabulous. Son has been actually cooking and appliances, sink, faucet make such a huge difference when you actually use them several times a day. Hes thrilled and we are delighted it worked out and he loves it. It was easy to install BUT they had to rework the plumbing, only two trips to the hardware store, but that was expected since going from 2 sinks to one. The house is 80 years old so you never know what to expect. Also, no issues with delivery. Arrived safe and sound and ready to install.

> 3 dayWhen I received the sink it was heavier than I had expected. The packaging was very elegant for a sink. made me feel fancy (lol). The look and feel of this sink scream quality. My only problem is that I hadnt looked at the measurements of the outside dimensions close enough. I got it into the pre-cut hole in my counter top and sadly it didnt fit. it was a 33in sink but the rim wasnt big enough. This was very frustrating as i had just sent back two kohler sinks that had arrived with broken under mount tracks. But it was all my fault. Luckily they gave me a refund. And then I had to go buy a crappy american standard one from lowes which is inferior quality. Next sink I buy will definitely be a ruvati! they make a great quality product! I had done a ton of research before buying this one due to my bad experience with the kohler. This is definitely the best quality of this style of sink for your money.

> 3 dayHowever the brackets to hold in place are horrible to work with. The smallest bump in a tight spot will knock them out. I was extremely irritated with this. As for the quality the packaging and the look of everything I’m 100% Satisfied.
